Nice large place with the high ceilings that you would expect from a warehouse conversion. The brewery cats are visible and a better view can be had from the mezzanine level. Service was excellent and friendly and a return visit is a definite.

A stunning bar, with excellent friendly staff especially Dan, nothing was too much for this guy as I spent hours sitting at the bar chatting to him whilst he was dashing here there and everywhere. The food looked amazing as observed it leaving the kitchen and people watching as they enjoyed their meals.Thursday night they had 2 very good singers, Gabby and Chris playing some favourite songs and engaging with the customers. Plus 2 for 1 on cocktails after 7pm and they were delicious.I returned Sunday for food, didn't book but it was busy and we found a table near the lifts in the corner. For this reason no one took our order for food or drink for well over 20 minutes until I said something.Sunday is their Roast dinners menu with nothing much else except burger, fish and chips and a few small plates and desserts. Therefore, no child friendly menu or drinks etc except cans of fizzy drinks or water. However, I knew this from checking the menu, so a visit to maccies on the way for one.Saying that, the food we did order was delicious from the main (burger me) salt pepper wings and chips daughter and the cheesecake and brownie was amazing. Although, they'd forgotten us in the corner and had to ask for it as well another round of drinks. But it was busy and we still had an enjoyable time. I wouldn't go back with my kids unless menu catered for children on a Sunday. However, they may not want kids here and that's fine I guess but will be back for drinks myself. Cheers

beautiful food, beautiful drinks and beautiful people. Recommend the Nashville chicken and Philly cheese steak and brewers bramble

Really nice place for a couple of drinks and something to eat! Sunday roast is great. We use this place for our book club and they’re really accommodating. We actually joined their quiz this week on Sunday (and won) and it was really fun. Nice relaxed environment with great service.

Dog friendly and we loved this place. Brew their own on site and there was a lot of choice on the menu plus several options in tins and cans to take away (which we did and thoroughly enjoyed on the train home). It's a nice big open airy place as well but with limited outdoor space (we did visit in the winter though, might change in the warmer months). Next time we're in Liverpool we're definitely coming back here

Great place. Good price £18.95 for 2 courses I had Beef Sunday Roast (extra £2) and Apple Pie with custard. Both delicious. Excellent service from the staff. Highly recommending this place !

I've been a supporter of Love Lane for quite some time and buy their beers online, in shops, bars etc wherever possible. On Friday 28th January, we had a booking in the area, so I made sure our party visited LL first, and it was also my first time to see where the LL story started. We arrived around 6-6.30.The front of house were great and directed us to the bar, as we only wanted drinks. The first person to 'serve' us, was possibly the rudest and most miserable person I've met in a bar. She had dark hair and glasses, and I was still annoyed by her appalling service, days later.Fortunately, your mixologist was the complete opposite and was everything I'd expect from LL. Friendly and welcoming. If it wasn't for him, we'd have walked out after the first round of drinks.I rate your beers and the rest of your staff and the set up are great. As it my first visit, I was really excited to take in the LL experience. Sadly, she made us super uncomfortable, and we couldn't wait to leave, and that's not what I wanted or expected from LL.I contacted LL via their web page and they never bothered to respond, hence my feedback via Google.

Great bar and brewery. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The beers are really good and the prices are great. I'd highly recommend if you're in the area.
