Amazing atmosphere! We came for bottomless brunch, food was lovely and the waiter was very attentive keeping our drinks flowing. Live dj and music was brill, floor fillers you want to have a dance to.Door staff/ management are lovely as are the bar staff. A friend of ours fell sick after bottomless brunch and they were so understanding and DIDNT THROW US OUT Like a lot of venues would. We got her picked up and enjoyed the rest of our night. Fabulous place 👌

Brilliant music amd dancers. Clean tables and toilets. Disappointing that there is no good rum cocktails on the menu.

Had a breakfast booking which we were running 10 minutes late for, we called regarding this and were told that was no problem. Upon arrival we were not greeted at the door, a member of staff walked past and rudely and abruptly said breakfast was finished and kept walking - we were not even asked if we had a booking or invited to stay for alternate food, just rudely told and left standing feeling extremely unwelcome. I then queried (whilst this member of staff was walking away after giving us 2 seconds of their time) when breakfast finished as we weren’t informed of this to be told ‘right now’ (at 11:12?) and that was that. If it finished at 11, we shouldn’t of been able to book breakfast for 11am initially and also should of been informed when we called regarding running late. We thankfully found Clockworks for breakfast just 2 minutes around the corner, where the service was night and day compared to Masons.

This place used to have an amazing breakfast. But alas those days seem to be over. Considering the price, which I was more than happy to pay previous, it is now nowhere near the standard expected.Missing items from the Full English ordered, no hash browns, no butter for the toast (which was cold and rock hard) and 1 mushroom. Sausages tasted iffy too.For what they charge, there are far better alternatives out there.

Arguably the worst bottomless brunch I've been to - we were there close to 2 hours and I was only given ~4 glasses of prosecco. We were left with empty glasses for about 5 minutes at a time which isn't acceptable when you've paid £35 for your glass to be consistently topped up. Our waiter (who was very friendly but obviously overworked as the floor was understaffed) offered us an extension on our brunch if we paid the service charge but we were only given one extra glass each. My food was mediocre at best; the half a chicken (no exaggeration) on my plate was a bit too pink in places for my liking so I left most of it and the Yorkshire pudding was virtually raw and ice cold. There was also a huge disparity in the sizes of the dishes (e.g. the huge chicken dish compared to the starter-sized avocado and eggs). I'd never go again nor would I recommend it. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as our waiter was friendly and it wasn't his fault there wasn't enough staff to give adequate service.

Awful. £35 for pancakes! Yes you read that right, for 1 serving of pancakes! “Bottomless brunch” I was not even offered a drink once during my visit. Service was slow and ignorant, had to ask 3 different servers for the bill and when I questioned £35 for just pancakes (that were cold, dry and definitely not fresh)I was told that was the price and it would have to be paid. Was really looking forward to our visit as the reviews looked amazing but I personally feel robbed. I’m not sure how you can get away with charging people this much for store bought pancakes and not even offering drinks, never mind the Prosecco that was supposedly included but we never got.I’m not one to leave reviews especially not negative ones but people need to be aware what they’re getting at this place. For the price we paid we should have received 5 Star service yet we basically got no service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
