Danny the Bar Tender is very fair and makes us feel like home! The vibes are like Korean drama! I love it! Danny is very friendly, strict but firm. He is very talented and is quite sweet and friendly! Also goodlooking. If you are a traveler come visit this cosy Bar it’s the best in town.

Great place, had a great time for our works night out. Screens to search for a song could be more user friendly they are in Chinese and it made it difficult to locate the songs

Always a good night out. Great prices. Recommend phoning ahead to book a room though.

Staff were friendly, good drink selection, good value for money, music selection could be better and rooms are a bit run down. Would go again :)

The staff were nice. Not a lot of variety of songs. The didn’t have the typical karaoke songs so it took time for us to find something we liked. The room was absolutely discussing, the floor was so sticky that I could hear my shoes getting stuck and unstuck to it. The toilet wasn’t clean either. Overall not a bad experience but too pricey for what it actually offers.

just don't even consider goingabsolutely terrible. need non-photo IDs to make sure everyone is over 18 even when no drinks are being ordered, without clarification of anything of the sort beforehand. we booked for 6:30pm and we when we arrived there was a sign outside saying it only opened at 7pm. by the time we went back, all the staff were having there own party in a separate room with nobody managing the reception or answering the phone. after we went into the room where the staff were partying, two of them came out drunk and basically told us to leave even though we already had to pay a £180 deposit just to book it. staff were rude and didn't care about us or our booking whatsoever, worst customer service i have ever received at any place in the world. i hope we get our money back or this place is getting sued :)

Don't bother !!!!!!! bad experience - staff unfriendly - unhelpful - rude and felt as though they were ripping us off with pre ordered drinks - £ 8 for jug of mixer even though prepaid- Dingy unclean and would NOT RECOMMEND rooms not big enough for large party

Very good experience there. Good range of songs though not many up to date ones.

Lots of questionable reviews about this place. Let me dispell them - this place is great fun.The pricing is very fair - £10 per person per hour, with that granting two drinks for every hour paid for. We were there for three hours and so that was six drinks. Not bad at all!The karaoke song selection was not bad at all. Lots to choose from, with all the fun videos you'd expect. The staff are very rigid about session ends, so don't expect to go over
