McDonald's Albert Dock in Liverpool

ordered via app got there 25 minutes wai for the pre order, finally got the order no chips, went in got chips got home no dips for nugget sharing box. not fast food but extremely slow luke warm food with items missing. always check your order here its not the first time it's happened

We entered early evening about 7.45. I was half way through my order when I was told I would not be allowed to sit in and eat. Great! My friend had just placed his order and was allowed to sit and eat. I cancelled my order and sat and watched him eat. I did complain to the staff and the women just said if you give me abuse I will call the police. I said I was being polite and merely making a point. I will not be returning.

Ordered through mcdelivery app and order was wrong. Person I spoke to their attitude stunk. No cheese means no cheese. He said it said plain so they put cheese on.🤷‍♀️ I'd actually put no cheese!!Waist of money!! Food in the bin!!!

Visited Friday at 10.15pm, seating areas and toilet were blocked off, staff disinterested and discourteous. Took 20mins for 2 coffees. I used to call here monthly but not since lockdown. What's changed in 6 months? Matters not, I won't be back.

As far as McDonalds go, this is one of the best. The food is always hot and actually looks like the promotional material. The staff are always polite and attentive

Small and busy. Took a while to get our food and this is maccies, since when do you have to wait more than 10 minutes?! We were lucky to get a table, but at least it was clean. Convenient if you want a cheap munch before a concert in the arena or if you're going somewhere else around the docks.

Terrible. Took ages to answer at the drive thru. Then they got my order all wrong. So was waiting for ages. Whilst the food went cold. Whilst the girl that worked there was fulfilling online orders. Don't even blame the staff. McDonald's only now seems to be bothered about the online orders. So just leave all their in store or drive thru customer's to wait first. But yer diabolical service.

I'm a disabled person, who parked in a disabled bay in the restaurant car park.As always, my blue badge was clearly on show.Today I received a parking fine through the post for being parked in their carpark for "10 minutes longer than permitted"Firstly, my order took 20 minutes to arrive as it was busy.Secondly, my disability means I can take a long while to finish eating, but this has never been an issue for me at McDonald's before.Thirdly, there is not a sign saying you can only park for 90 minutes anywhere near the disabled bays....How am I going to see the sign? I can't walk around looking for it?!So I now have a £100 fine, for taking 10 minutes too long eating my food.Sorry, but I cannot recommend this restaurant as I find this appalling treatment.

The burger was dry. Diet coke was watery. Sorry guys it wasn't the best. I tried the new cheesy nuggets (mistake!). The lady who was outside with disinfectant washing down the bins & door way was doing a brilliant job.

Nice little drive thro with parking too. Couple of mins from Royal Albert Dock also close to baltic Market, . Which is where LU BAN restaurant
