McDonalds in Liverpool

Been 3 times now, it's always chaotic with no order or structure, self service machines didn't give out receipts on two visits, staff speak to you like you are dirt when you have a query. Food wasn't great either.

Part of bun missing Usually find McDonalds ok but it is a franchise. This is one to avoid!!!

Had lunch here with my 6 year old granddaughter. It was half term and absolutely packed. We ordered at the counter as all the machines were being used and there were queues at them. They had no milkshakes at all which was a big disappointment to my granddaughter and it was really hard to find somewhere to sit. I only go to McDonalds if I'm with the grandchildren as they enjoy it.

If I could give zero stars I would, it's nice to see that McDonald's takes so much pride in there customer service!! Anyone who's phoned this McDonald's knows exactly what im talking about!!So a little under a week ago I lost my keys somewhere near the McDonald's on Lord Street. I phoned them up to see if anyone had handed them in. So what I usually do is double check with the staff member that I have phoned the right place.I phoned up and asked if this was the McDonald's on Lord Street and as snotty as anything the women says "obviously, your the one who rang us" so I stupidly apologise and asked if anyone had handed in any keys and she doesn't even bother to check she just quickly say NO and then buttons me!!The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

Tried to grab a quick cofee. Ordered from the app, had to wait 15 minutes and then order number just disappeared. Cofee was on the counter for last 5 minutes. They didn't have any sugar, gave me sweetener, caused me stomachache. 😢 I don't think I should rate 1 star just because of sugar.

Worst McDonald's ever? Order queue screens were jammed, girl shouting out numbers didn't know her 89 from her 98 bless, we ate in straight away and the food was already cold, hot chocolate wasn't even tepid, fries were cold and wet - barely cooked - sauces ordered were missing, and the blueberry muffin we ordered was a sad little chocolate brownie. Tables upstairs were dirty, bins overflowing, this wasn't even at a peak time.

Dry, cold, horrible and thrown at the box. Update : gave McDonald's another go, 6th Oct 21- worse than ever ( see triple cheeseburger, ) served by minimum wage teenagers whose food hygiene training involves being shown a certificate on the staffroom wall. Cold stale looking food not clinically safe to serve to rats let alone people. Avoid like the plague we are living through and eat elsewhere.

Shopping trip to Liverpool after Maccies I went to the cathedral paid £6 to go up the tower great views ,see the photos

20 minute wait on food after ordering on the self service machine but high quality, tons of seating and options, always manage to find food that caters to my dietary requirements here

I love McDonald's, I wish if they serve HalalI always have to order filet o fish.I also wish if they make the filet fish bigger.I will add the missing star 🌠 if they fulfill at least one of my wishes 😏
