McDonalds in Liverpool

Not 24 hours. Workers all sat outside when I went & it was closed. Also saw 2 rats running around in the car park enjoying a happy meal. Awful.

Ordered just eat today, order came fast but I asked for a plain burger, said in the receipt plain but got a fully dressed.

The new Tiramisu is just a disappointment... looks nothing like the one from the pic which is normal. But it just looks like the staff who made it just wanna get off work and tossed the things in carelessly...

13 of us visited at once (family). Tables were clean. Staff very polite and took the tray of rubbish off me to sort. Tables made ready for next set of customers as soon as previous customers left. Ot one thing missing from 4 separate orders of 13 meals. We were on holiday in the wirral. Our local Mcdonald's in Nottinghamshire could learn from this one.

Self serve machines done all have paper, they forgot my fries in a meal, the upstairs area with straws etc had 1 straw but nothing else and the toilets were closed with 1 baby change for the whole building. Wasn't impressed

Had lunch here with my 6 year old granddaughter. It was half term and absolutely packed. We ordered at the counter as all the machines were being used and there were queues at them. They had no milkshakes at all which was a big disappointment to my granddaughter and it was really hard to find somewhere to sit. I only go to McDonalds if I'm with the grandchildren as they enjoy it.

Dry, cold, horrible and thrown at the box. Update : gave McDonald's another go, 6th Oct 21- worse than ever ( see triple cheeseburger, ) served by minimum wage teenagers whose food hygiene training involves being shown a certificate on the staffroom wall. Cold stale looking food not clinically safe to serve to rats let alone people. Avoid like the plague we are living through and eat elsewhere.

20 minute wait on food after ordering on the self service machine but high quality, tons of seating and options, always manage to find food that caters to my dietary requirements here

I love McDonald's, I wish if they serve HalalI always have to order filet o fish.I also wish if they make the filet fish bigger.I will add the missing star 🌠 if they fulfill at least one of my wishes 😏
