Nabzy's in Liverpool

Seems to have gone downhill, chips were barely cooked, the floor was covered in food. Plus they let me pay on card, but when someone else came in and asked if they take card payments the guy said no, cash only. Bit dodgy.

We ordered from Nabzys Leece Street on Uber Eats. It was over an hour late, the staff were rude and quoted a traffic jam for lateness and there was none. When the food arrived the box was ripped and chips were soggy and cold. I ordered a 14' Margherita Pizza the guy said there was none in his bag. Then said he would go back and get me one, he never returned. The chicken was burnt and dry. The restaurant when I phoned to see where my food was blocked me after the first call, then blocked my niece after leaving the phone on the call but not speaking too her. Would post pictures and but they keep coming up as broken files. This takeaway establishment used to be quite good but after my experience last night I wouldn't eat there again.

This place has slipped and badly. We placed an order today via their app and it stayed in the order placed status for over 1 hour we called Nazbys to ask what was going on and got told by a very rude person on the phone to place another order. I said no as they took money from our account already the guy put on a very thick accent and then just hung up the phone. So i emailed them asking to cancel the order. 1 hour later the order goes into the accepted status we call back up asking to cancel again as we had to make other arragments for food due to the order was placed for lunch at 1:16pm. The guy on the phone the same rude man said ok I will cancel and put the phone down. We then go out at 5pm to get food ourselves thinking the order is cancelled and then I get a call at 5:15pm saying someone was at our house trying to deliver. I told this guy take the food back we are not in and the order was placed at 1:16pm he claimed the order was placed at 3:36 which was not the case and we had a screenshot to prove it and an email trail. My advise stay away from Nazbys and go to chicken bazooka instead.

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered food at 12:30, never arrived. Rang them when it was already 20 minutes late wondering where my order was, they said 2 minutes and put the phome down whilst I was mid sentence. Couldnt get hold of them after that, rang over 300 times, said user busy everytime.

decent place to get some takeaway, very popular with uni students. cant say that for the quality, but you get what you pay for

nabzys used to be great. hadn’t ordered for a long time and was really looking foward to it. i ordered at 12.30 and it’s now 2.20am and still no food. the phone is engaged can’t get in touch at all. gutted used to be so good……update 2.50 and food has arrived its not edible. if i went and thrown a chip and the shop window the window would smash. you could tell the chicken would have been nice if it weren’t made this morning. some how all the food is colder than the air outside. if i could give minus stars i would please don’t waste your money.

You know what I used to love nabzys so much and in the past two years I would keep giving them chances with the delivery even though it would come almost three hours late/late outside without giving any notice/arrived late with half the food missing so I stopped ordering delivery kinda giving them benefit of the doubt that they didn’t have enough drivers, went in tonight to collect and the food is just so disappointing- chicken nuggets from the freezer would have been so much better, im sorry I kept giving it more chances because it did used to be the best! If you guys see this review, what happened?? Bring back the nabzys everyone used to know and love :(

The taste is good its just that when its served , they don't serve fresh batch, it seems they prepare a big batch beforehand and serve as people come by. The french fries were freshly made.The chicken is just warm from the heated lights. It would be better if they made fresh batches so that the chicken would remain crispy.Overall good place great meal.

This used to be THE go to place for fried chicken. I hadn't been in a few years and was really looking forward to a good old nabzys. Unfortunately:- the seats that used to be there are gone, just one table remains and it was swamped by people just hanging around- the whole place looks like it needs a deep clean- couldn't understand the guy behind the till- no more free sauces- burger was ok but chicken and fries were dry

Pizza arrived cold and found some plastic bag in it, the plastic bag was between the pizza dough and the sauce/cheese. That's a health and safety hazard and I'm very disappointed with how they handle food in this take away.
