Neighbourhood Cafe in Liverpool

My veggie wife and kids love coming here. Today I went with them and had the "Veg Out" breakfast. I'd definitely recommend it.

Had a lovely full breakfast and friends had a great omelette and bagel to match.

Nice cosey place to relax eat & drink......the food here shames alot of big expensive restaurants. Definitely recommend

Lovely food, nice staff

I went here today with my mum and sister and I was disappointed by a few things. Firstly, we had to wait quite a long time for our food because there was an error with the receipt so our order didn’t go through. We had to wait for about 40 minutes for 3 omelettes. We were disappointed by the quality of the food. The omelettes were over cooked and dry. They were overfilled with large pieces which made it quite stodgy. The chips were over cooked. When we complained at the end the waiter/manager he was not very understanding or apologetic and he said because I had eaten most of the food he couldn’t do anything. I had only eaten the food because it took so long and I was hungry and I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. In the end they gave us 30% off which I didn’t think was enough. They changed us £28 (which included the discount) for 3 omelettes, 2 small bottles of orange juice and a pot of tea. We won’t be going back again.

Fast service, friendly staff and delicious food as always. First time sitting in (but had lots of take aways from here through lockdown) and breakfast was great! Food was very tasty and great portions! Will definatley be back!!!
