New Planet Pizza in Liverpool

Absolutely Awful. I ordered the student deal, everything was tasteless. Donner kebab had no salad or sauce in( just dry pitta with donner meat in) Chips were soggy and heavy. Pizza was tasteless and base was very doughy and thick. Only thing good was the 2 cans of Diet Coke!!

Great garlic bread, pretty fast and cheap. Cash only.

They know what they are doing. Food is consistently great. Looks are deceiving. Still tidier than Dave's Dingle Diner ever was

The garlic bread with cheese is the best on Aigburth road and the chili sauce is divine. Always friendly service too. Mid range price wise

I've been ordering from here for a few years now and I'm always impressed with how quickly they can get the food to me, I'm about a ten minute walk away from the place and they regularly get a pizza to me in under 15 minutes. The staff are friendly, they have a huge selection of Ben and Jerry's (better than most supermarkets) and the food is better than most takeaways, there's a review saying that the food is greasy, they mostly sell pizzas, burgers and kebabs, all of which are supposed to have some of the natural oils left in. I've personally never had a bad dish from here and I'd recommend it highly to anyone.

Took our money and didn’t deliver but said they did... What happened: we ordered food. New Pizza Planet confirmed the order we waited over 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time and still no food. We checked the app and it said on its way then after several checks the order status was changed to delivered. But there was no delivery! We did not get anything. We tried to call the restaurant but they were closed and there was no way to leave a message as per their answering machine recording. Out money, time and of course - no food. Ordered through Just Eat. Would give zero stars if I could. Despicable.

I travel a lot with work and visit a lot of these wee, non chain pizza places. This is up in the top 3. Good, light base, well topped and decent price (£9 for a 12" special). Filled with a bit of everything and you could taste what was on it in every mouthful. Service was good, took about 10 minutes to cook and staff were polite. If I'm back this way I'll be in again.
