nosh n coffee in Liverpool

Visited Nosh n Coffee for a morning scone and coffee. Very impressed with the quality of the scone, there was a generous helping of raisins in the fruit scone. There are plain scones available too.I am not an espresso aficionado but the americano I had was good.

OMG the fluffy pancakes what a feed. I'm stuffed! And so much bacon. Will definitely go back. One star deduction as the seats by the window are ridiculously low and hard. Not suitable for adults.

Very expensive, staff very inexperienced putting hot tea pots in front of babies, no manners. Wont be returning.

Great for food and just a coffee and room for mothers and there babies and the elderly people and disabled people downstairs with appropriate toilet.every thing is there.

Paper cups for indoor customers?? Don't be so lazy and environmentally unfriendly. Will avoid in the future and not use this franchise🙄

Good coffees and nice food..

Pretty poor experience to be honest. I have been here twice in the past week and I have been so disappointed both times. I chalked my first experience down to it being a busy Sunday morning service but now I'm not so sure. On both visits i asked was there any vegan options and was told no, nothing on the lunch our brunch menu, nothing could be adapted either. So I went with a vegan flapjack, it was busy and I didn't want to cause a fuss, the staff were lovely so it wasn't "awful" just irksome . It's now Tuesday morning and it's not a busy brunch service so we came back. My first issue is our covid certs we're barely glanced at let alone scanned or confirmed, I manage a large hospitality premises and it's not really acceptable to just not care about an integral role we have to play. Anyway, I digress. I once again asked was there any vegan options, I was told she didn't know, she was lovely and I can't fault her on mannerism or politeness. She went to the kitchen/pass and came back and said there is nothing, not even the bread but that she wasn't certain. I could get over the lack of knowledge up until that point but I asked for the allergen book so I could look myself and I was told they didn't have one. I pointed out that its a legal requirement to have an allergen book and could she get it for me and she said "I have checked everything myself and it's not vegan".Absolutely fair if you don't accommodate vegans, your prerogative, your business. But to ignore mandatory covid guidelines and not have an allergen book is apalling, as well as illegal.

Can see that the female food preparer in the kitchen is not wearing a hair net and mask is hanging underneath her nose. Service is very slow despite there being 3 staff members working. Barista not trained properly either. Decided against ordering food after seeing food preparer as she was.

Fantastic food, staff was very polite and accommodative. Will definitely return :)

We really enjoyed our time here at Nosh N Coffee. Upstairs the sun blesses us with warmth and brightness. In addition there is plenty of seating for the sitting and chatting. You can definitely meet the local community and catch up on the local gossip. Their menu is extensive and diverse. If they don't have it on the menu board they will do their best to make your order. It is busy on the weekend. Many families come here and meet up with one another. Great place to chill.
