I love their food, well worth the drive from Southport.

We got a really good takeaway. Every dish was good including proper chow mein and great bbq ribs. The restaurant service has reopened. Don't be put off by the slightly unprepossessing decor, this is one of the best Chinese restaurants around.

Just been to phoenix Palace for the first time, had meat spring rolls and king prawns in pecking sauce. Seriously one of the best I've had and I take my Chinese food seriously lol, in the famous words of arnie 'I'll be back' thank you phoenix Palace you're amazing x❤️

Love this place, food is fab and the staff are absolutely fantastic and so lovely. And....you can bring your own alcohol so long as you take your empties away with you👍highly recommend

We have been going to Phoenix Palace formerly Chaus for more years than I care to remember. Only open for takeaway at the moment. Ordered 2 banquets on Sunday and the food was absolutely delicious as usual. I believe the restaurant might be re-opening in August.

Really wanted to try this place as it came highly recommend, but we couldn't find the menu, so we rang up and they emailed it us within minutes. Food was fantastic, ordered while i was hungry so obviously over ordered, but we ate everything, and happily still in a food coma 24 hours later. Full of flavour and not overly greasy/salty like other places. Would highly recommend

i don't think i have ever given a 5* review before but this restaurant totally deserves it. i went earlier this evening and ordered a banquet for 2 @ £18 each, it was AMAZING. i also ordered a special chow mein so in total spent £45 and every single penny was well spent. i am sick of reading 5* reviews for chinese restaurants/takeaways and on purchasing food from the same places i have reluctantly given 1* as you can't give none. i can't praise this place enough, home made sauces were really tasty and the crispy duck, sesame prawn toast, spring rolls - i am almost struck dumb i am so delighted with the place. will go absolutely nowhere else ever again for my chinese meals. thank you so much, you made my birthday very special.

Amazing the quality of the food is exceptional, the service second to none. Me and the other half tried the beef green pepper in black bean sauce and sweet and sour chicken with fried rice both dishes were stunning. You get what you pay for plus more, my new local Chinese restaurant / Take away. Well done !
