Pizza Hut in Liverpool

Love a pizza hut 🤤 Staff were friendly and helpful. Choices are good and the salad bar was nice.

Damn when did Pizza Hut get good again? Its been years since I last went and I gotta day this place has really great pizzas. Really friendly and helpful staff too. Will definitely visit again!!

Just done a order for collection, waited for a while didn't see any servers or anyone on the floor at all for a while.Got pizza and chips, both boxes of food had hairs in the food. The pizza wasn't cut ,and had a random black olive in the pizza box too,Over all it was okay but disappointing.

This picture shows how my pizza arrived. Not only that, it’s so thin it can be seen through, despite not even ordering a thin crust (but it’s even thinner than that). The “crispy” onion rings were rubbery and soggy, the wings had one missing, and the cheesy garlic bread had next to no cheese on it. Use a different Pizza Hut in Liverpool. I’m honestly surprised, I’ve never had an issue with a Pizza Hut before **edit, it won’t allow my picture to upload for some reason

Very friendly and welcoming. Food quality was excellent. My daughter likes to come here as she can have a gluten free pizza which also included gluten free chocolate brownie. Perfect!

First order- Complete incorrect order. (Despite this being pre booked around Noon for a scheduled delivery)Second Order Attempt- Undercooked Fries, Pink/ raw undercooked chicken within the Chicken Bites, Missing Whole Pizza, Cookie Dough burnt.Completely understand the busy period for a day such as Valentines, so no fault for the drivers delivering the order. Customer service however on the other hand was not what it should have been. Phone calls blaming the Uber/ Deliveroo driver as well as no offer for support other than contact the delivery service. Understandable to an extent, though undercooked chicken, as well as burnt food & missing items, especially after a second delivery attempt is nowhere near the standard it should be.£65 down with 4 slices of pizza deemed edible over the space of 3 hours. Not a great look.

Have to over via the app which takes forever to load and then freezes all the time. Much better when it was table service! Also feel like more can be done to make the communal areas such as salad bar, ice cream and drinks machine more covid safe! Food was the usual pizza hut food

Omg! Pizza Hut is a classic to be honest and a review is definitely unnecessarily for the quality! It never disappoints. I actually ordered it through Deliveroo and got my Pizza hot and fresh! absolutely spot on!

Food was good, extremely busy went at 530 on a Monday evening we didn't need to queue, however a queue formed just after we were seated. We didn't wait too long for our food but a lady on the next table ordered just after us with special requests and we were leaving when she got her food. We were TOLD we had to order on the app but we did see a few people ordering through the waitress.
