Pizza Parlour in Liverpool

Fairly expensive - 3.5 stars, Food quality - 4 stars, delivery 30mins late - 1 star3 stars it isSo the above was 11 months ago, since then 1 star all over. The first time I ordered from this place today, never again for sure.Tonight, instead of the suggested 60 mins, it was almost 90mins for delivery (again). In that time I could have gone to the shop prepare the ingredients and cooked it myself and pay the fraction of the price. Why take on more orders if you can`t fulfill? The delivered pizza content on the top of the dough shifted from the left to the right on top of each other and some into the box. Of course I called the place, as in 90mins they managed to deliver a pizza pudding. The person on the phone offered, I guess £4 or something along that line, didn`t really care since I won`t order from them again. Upon rearranging the contents on the pizza, I discovered the burnt side dough and the paper thin base suggesting the quality of the food, filled me with further delight. Overall, I received something I wouldn`t need for free. I will certainly recommend any other place but this one if anyone asks in the future.

Been using this place for over ten years. Always good quality & excellent value.Now even better eg wood fired oven.My only disappointment, living alone & having walking problems, is that they only deliver if £15 order.No problem if fit!Delivery charge: £1 amazing.Real Italian family place.On a day I am walking well I will order by phone & pick it up.At least try it once.Pizzas and other dishes, also alcohol.

Oh my goodness! I got the Vegan pizza with extra grilled aubergine and peppers. Arrived in time by a really courteous lady. I demolished the lot within an hour. Was 5 Star Restaurant quality. Absolutely delicious. Will be my regular from now on. 5 well deserved stars🌟

Nice pizza but when I've collected, had a few instances of staff being snappy and rude. Found a hair last time, I know it happens to the best, but I couldn't be bothered complaining due to the bad attitude of the guy making the pizza, so I just decided to move on and use other places. If you can't be bothered with base level courtesy then I can't be bothered to be a repeat customer anymore.

The best pizza in Liverpool. No crazy toppings or charcoal dough. Traditional pizza made to the highest standard. Amazing.

I don’t live in Liverpool anymore but this used to be my local. I was over the water a few months back and drove across and took this back to Leicester with me, it’s that good!!! See you on Sunday 23rd May!

This is one of the best pizza places ever. We used to go there 40 yrs ago and it hasn't changed a bit Still producing a brilliant range of the most delicious pizzas anywhere!

Best pizza I have had in a long time. Authentic freshly made stone baked pizza. Fresh tomato sauce and thick cut pepperoni. Artisan food 👌

The pizza is the tastiest takeaway pizza in Liverpool. But service poor- wait times over 1 hour for delivery, and even collection (website stated 15 mins) took 30.

The pizzas are always perfect and good value. However delivery is extremely slow (states 45 minutes online). We used to live less than 10 minutes walk away or less than 5 minutes in a car, so can not see how it took so long. But pizzas were always hot. However we now live a bit further away, about 10-15 minutes by car and the pizzas take over an hour to arrive and are always barely warm, often cold. This lets it down a lot.
