Pret A Manger in Liverpool

Staff not very helpful, was told there is no disabled toilet for customers. The toilets are upstairs !And they did have one but it’s a staff toilet now !And if I wanted a disabled toilet I can go to John Lewis, then maybe I can also take my business to John Lewis too.

A Nice pret but busy pret. The staff where very friendly and smiled. I can tell they all where working extremely hard. This shop was clean and shelves well staked expecially for after 4pm which is late for a place such as pret. This pret has two floors with additional seating up stairs as well as extra seating outside which would be great in the summer or during the busy lunch rush. This pret also has a full range of drinks including frozen frapes, iced coffees and smoothies. Not all prets have these additional breaveges.

Came for a quick coffee to warm up and shelter from the rain. The Flat White was very tasty, not too hot, nice flavour, not bitter and smooth froth. The place was warm and spacious with comfy seats. Just the job, well done Pret!

Nice Pret, was very busy but think this might have been because the other Prets had closed for the day.Due to it being busy some of the tables were quite messy with a lot of rubbish on but I suppose this was due to Customers leaving their rubbish however there was Staff Presence whom could have dealt with it.Lots of choices for food, staff member who serviced us was really nice and gave us an extra soup tub so we can split the soup we had bought (there was only one available)Would visit again

It's been over a month with no shakes or fruits. Only offering the minimum to paying customers and membership holders. It's unacceptable for a business to lack the service care provided in the establishment. For a store to be open in L1 and literally tell you over a month they don't have something that's advertised Is a complete false advertisement at this point!

Real shame about Pret. Surly staff, left me waiting for ages whilst serving others, made me feel like I was inconveniencing their day by simply wanting a hot chocolate. Terrible place. Avoid

Nice place to stop for a coffee and snack. The toilets need sorting out. Only one of the toilets was in use. So small and cramped. No toilet paper, hand dryer not working. Needs sorting ASAP.

Very clean and tidy with a. Friendly service. Plenty of plant based options.

I love the coffee and the food (love the Posh Cheddar & Pickle Baguette & the chocolate croissant 🥐 ). But I think it needs to get cleaner. The tables are usually dirty and the floor too.
