The pump house is a really nice pub located in a lovely area. You can order from the app which makes everything easier. The staff was super nice and the service was quick. Both beer and cider were really good and we loved the fish and chips! Prices are okay. If you pass by give it a try

This is a complicated one, for me, as there are high highs and low lows for this establishment. I will proceed accordingly.Their vegan burger is wonderful. I could eat it any day, happily. 5/5The staff is professional and quite kind. Service is prompt even in busy times. 5/5The atmosphere is quite nice and the structure is beautiful. It is a bit hectic, as they do good business. So don't expect it to be overly peaceful. 4/5The prices are about what you expect for the area. 3/5The fries were one of the poorest excuses for food I've been served in this country. They were room temp, stale, and very sloppily seasoned. All of the salt and rosemary (odd choice, but it's neither here nor there) settled at the bottom. -5/5It is a shame, because overall I enjoy the pub, but nobody in their right mind would serve such slop to a paying customer.

A nice atmosphere with a good selection of drinks, in a really nice spot in Liverpool. I think I would go for drinks again but not for the food, which wasn't bad but not great. Vegetarian friendly.

Decent pub with a good range of beers in an outstanding setting. Prices are consistent with the bars and restaurants on the Dock and service is good. There pretty quick on the drinking up time, but overall a nice pub.

This is the best Greene King pub we have visited. The place was heaving but we managed to get a table and used the app to order drinks and food. The service was very efficient and fast. The food was beautiful. It may only have been burger and chips but it was fresh, tasty and not greasy in the slightest. The salad was fresh and crisp not limp. Overall great!!

Well. What a surprise this pub was! Greene King pub in a great position by the Albert Dock with standard Greene King food. Food was lovely. Biggest surprise was the selection of 8 guest Cask Ales. Fantastic range, all lovely, mostly local breweries. Worth a visit just for the ales.

A great pub overlooking the docks with a lot of outdoor seating -- excellent for a sunny day. You can order using the Greene King app which is a plus and there is a good range of vegetarian food -- I had my first ever vegetarian burger sliders here, would recommend!
