Starting to become an old smelly bar, not that it is a bad thing. Spider in my glass was rather unnerving. Not sure why the games can't be for kids and they have to have an adult when you can't drink alcohol in there???

Bar staff were terrible and didn't really speak to us but continued her conversation with the other barmaid then confused our drinks. Then as she was finishing she poured a 4th drink that we didn't order and charged us 22 pounds. Atmosphere wasn't very good neither, not worth the trip will not return.

Guinness was awful. Quite a first for an Irish bar. Unable to sort out the TV to watch football. Staff were pleasant but I will not be returning.

The arcade is good, but holy moly it's a hell of a surprise when they tell you it's £18 per person to get in. It's worth £10 for sure, but no way is it worth this much. A ver sneaky and unpleasant surprise

Absolute joke of a place! Food was cold and all they did was microwave it and send it back out. If I wanted cold food I’d of ordered ice cream! Then only to be told they don’t do refunds, it’s the managers instructions. No where on the menu did it say cold chicken burger. This was all after we waited over an hour for the food. Eventually got a refund but they had to speak to the owner apparently. Highly discourage people to go there for food! It’s quicker to go tesco and get a microwave meal if you up for that.

Have had mixed results with this place. Went out for my stag on a weekend, great atmosphere, great bar staff - smiling, chatty, good vibes. Made for a good, more chilled stopping point on our rounds. The food was decent, the drinks were interesting. After this experience I would have recommended this place to anyone. However, fast forward to tuesday afternoon, my wife and I go in, bar staff don't say a word to us, resorting to a blank stare, like I was the stupid one, when asked whether they were taking orders, rude to say the least. Toilet doors wouldn't lock, toilet paper dispensers were broken with paper everywhere. At some point the staff had a loud huddle up not 5 meters from us consisting of some choice language, not something you'd expect in front of customers. We left as soon as we could.Avoid on weekdays.

Not a bad place, didn't have any issues what so ever. Big group of us where outside and got service pretty quickly. Bit pricey though

This is how the Peaky Blinders pub should really look like 😁🍻👍 fantastic space.. old, warm and friendly vibe, good selection of drinks and affordable food. It's pet friendly, family friendly, bad day friendly, it's one of those places where you want to be all the time 😁

Punch Tarmeys has the character of an Irish bar but with a little more class. There are three bars in total. A stage for entertainment and a huge tv. Each of the booths in the middle bar also have the own tv which is great for parties of 6 to enjoy sporting events such as boxing and football. We tried the new menu that consists of starters, sandwiches, burgers and a mains. It’s typical pub food but with good quality ingredients. It ain’t weatherspoons which is a huge relief. The bar is located under the old cains brewery and still has the well where the water for the beer was used to make bitter back in the day.Recommend.
