Ranchers chicken in Liverpool

I'm absolutely shocked by tonight.I always order online and food has been great.Tonight I went into ranchers and ordered face to face, what I experienced was absolutely disgraceful.I'm guessing Ranchers may have had a new member of staff starting today BUT one of the females who was training her must be some sort of manager or supervisor, the way she was speaking and treating staff was awful. She was a complete bully and made the staff scared to speak to anyone. I'm guessing Ranchers must be hiring World War 2 commands nowadays.I will never be going back here again.What absolute disgrace you are Ranchers.

lovely chicken and fillet burger , tender not greasy, really enjoyed it.

After getting leaflet in door I thought this looks good but what a disappointment it was. Onions rings were soggy and the gravy was basically oxo which I could of made myself, chips were the only thing crispy. GET A BETTER COOK.

pizza deal is amazing! lovely food and decent price. Would have been 5 star.. however. the card machine is almost always "never working". would be fine but the nearest cash point charges. Overall would highly recommend. just make sure you take cash :)

A bit disappointed, to be honest. Friendly and quick service, and everything looks clean. Prices are pretty average, but the chicken is tasteless and soggy. The wings have a little taste/spice but they are still soggy.I think the bar is set pretty low in these parts of Liverpool, which means this sort of level is 'fine'. In my opinion, this doesn't really compare to a Nabzy's, or any semi-decent chicken shop in Manchester.

Said they couldn't find warbreck moor bare in mind it's a straight trip up the vale, binned the food and wouldnt refund had to go through just eat. Man in there is always standing over the young girls too never employs any one but young girls and polish staff you will know this if you go in the shop always hovering around them. Always got an attitude bad man bad shop one of the worst rated restraunts in liverpool echo. Dont even know why we decided to order from here

Karen (My friend) and I both went here for a little brunch! I ordered some cheesy chips and my friend ordered a large a pizza, chicken nuggets and chips she was charged 1 pound 70 pence and I was charged 3pound 8pence!

Walked into an empty store and placed our order. Twenty minutes later a drove of customers had left with theirs and we waited an extra ten minutes on an apple pie. Three small meals... The foods nice, better when it doesn't wait half an hour in a sweaty bag. And the fat driver needs sacking for his attitude.

It isn't a bad place to eat from, chicken was so nice, chicken wings wasn't the best but you do get a huge portion of fries for a medium. Very disappointed with the amount of sauce we received in the tub, it was next to none. It was delivered 40 minutes early which isn't such a bad thing but it is when you are in the middle of a shave 😂

I'm not one to give a negative review but the truth is important. First time in Liverpool and we were in a rush and went in. The service took way to long and the food for the price was actually a joke like it was a little pricy and the chips portion was huge to much for one person and the chicken burger was actually like a little chicken sub sandwich and the taste wasn't all that good so I'm actually quite dissapointed with this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone sorry.
