Burgers were delicious and the cocktails were so good too. Banging at 2 for 12quid or so. Second time visiting and would definitely recommend / go there again.

The restaurant feels amazing with wooden rustic concept, it brought warmth to customers. However, the burger and sausages we ordered tasted just fine. With a relatively expensive price, I expected to taste a better burger.

Had a Gooey Louie and my partner had a Hickory. We also shared a coleslaw and Philly fries. The philly fries were quite oily though. The staff were nice. A bit overpriced BUT the meal might look small but the filling inside, along with the sides were very filling.

The burgers got them a 4.5 /5. But the croquettes was a solid NO for me and brought the rating down. The smoked wing arrived in a pool of grease and where too salty. Go for the great Burgers and Sandwiches.

The bar is beautiful and the actual layout is brilliant. We arrived around 7pm and it was very quite which isn’t a great sign but it was Easter so we didn’t overthink it. We ordered chicken burgers and loaded Philly fries with some chicken wings. We ordered some drinks to begin with and they came awhile later being rather disappointed as if they had come from a packet. Don’t get me wrong they had alcohol in but the old fashioned came with heavy ice and was clearly a single measure. The food arrived which we where excited about. In order to get another drink we had to approach the bar as it seemed short staffed. It looked great and we got stuck in. However the grease from the chicken has got into the burger buns a short distance from the kitchen and it over powered everything else. It was so greasy it was almost inedible. Which is a shame because the chicken itself wasn’t awful. The chips where nice but absolutely smothered in fake cheese which had the most almost flavour. We had the chicken wings which where dry and greasy which was a really odd sensation. The bill was £102 which included a compulsory 10% service charge which I wouldn’t mind if the service was good. However it was basic, slow and unpalatable. Conclusion, overpriced, tasteless, greasy and nasty. I do not recommend.

The burger is delicious but the staff is impatient, impolite and left us waiting a long time for a glass of tap water because "they were preparing it for us" (while a lot of drinks kept coming for the other tables.) Poor service 👎 had to ask 3x for it.The room on the 1st floor is too dark, we had to use the flashlight from our phone to read the menu. Not comfortable at all.The burger was tasty. Milkshake not that good, still prefer the one from Fat Hippo.

First of all, the devastator burger is huge, so if you're hungry get that ordered. Myself and my girlfriend came here from Manchester because we really wanted to try it, and weren't let down. We went for dinner, around 12 and were greeted by really friendly staff, asked for a drinks order and given plenty of time to look through the menu. It was cold inside, but we were close to a window (albeit closed) which did make the food go cold quicker than normal. We ordered the devastator burger and the Philly cheese burger, I wanted the bourbon burger but the place just opened and the brisket wasn't ready which is fair enough. The burgers were so good, and sizeable too, we didn't leave hungry. The chips are just basic run of the mill chips, I'd probably be a bit more adventurous next time.

The staff were really friendly. The chicken was really nice although some of it came and wasnt fully cooked. The staff dealt with it really well though and with how busy the restraint was mistakes are understandable. The bits I did have were quite nice and the overall atmosphere was great would visit again for sure.

A hit and miss experience all round.Friendly service from the host and our main waiter, in a great looking BBQ themed venue.Great selection of drinks, with loads of BBQ food choices. We ordered food and drinks, with the drinks coming very quickly. Food however took a while longer. Another waiter came along and asked what we were waiting for in a really abrupt manner with no apology for the long wait. Then our actual waiter came over to apologise for the wait and the food would be coming soon. Overall it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive in a half empty venue.Fries were great, and clearly fresh. But the fried pickles and jalapeños were soggy, so felt like they had been sitting around for a while.Next are the burgers. I had the peanut butter one. The burger patty itself was great, but completely lacking any peanut butter (a small blob in the centre) or anything else to make it stand out.My partner had the hickory one, again, great patty, but the brisket in the burger was cold. Not that great mixing a hot patty with fridge temperature brisket.Went to the toilet to find the floor soaked with urine, could tell by the smell. A wet floor sign down, but no signs of any attempt at clearing it up.Overall, the place seems a bit of a mess from the way staff conduct themselves during service to the food, serving and cleaning standards.
