**update** 38 minutes later and still no food ***Currently still sat here.... can't say much for the food but felt compelled to add a one star for the truly abysmal service. The waitress refused to take our order and pointed at a QR code and didn't give any assistance. When I asked for help she looked at us with not at all hidden disdain. The yet us order food before telling us that the food wasn't available and was asked to choose something off the menu which ended up being a lower value, didn't offer to refund any of the cost. The menus are sticky, the staff are too busy chatting inside to check if everything is OK. Let's say I'm hoping the food is OK, but won't be coming back.

The experience was lifted by the live performance while I was there. Without that I would only give 3 stars. The drinks are quite decent but the bar is understaffed and service is therefore slow

Nice food and a very punchie cocktail!... Okay then, two!Lovely service and very tasty food.We had the Painkiller cocktail in happy hour, so we got two for the price of one.I'm not used to being able to discern very much alcohol in cocktails and was pleasantly surprised. You can definitely tell the rum in these ones and not just the taste but also a very pleasant effect too.Highly recommend this place. I will most definitely be back.

Very friendly waitstaff and a nice atmosphere in this eatery/cocktail bar. The live music accompanying our visit was a nice addition, unfortunately a lot of the dishes available on the menu were unable to be prepared. This was unfortunate, as a lot of it sounded great, but we were unable to try it.That being said, we could not fault the food that we did receive, nor any of the drinks or interactions with the staff. This restaurant was very busy during our attendance and it looks as though this is a common occurrence for them, looking at other reviews. Would recommend booking a table in advance in that case!

Amazing place. Very good staff and drinks. Just please keep the music suitable for this place. I need to feel more vibes of Revolution the cuba! 😁

We did a cocktail masterclass for my friends hen do! First we had a 3 course meal and then went to the upstairs bar for the cocktail making, Duncan was fantastic and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable for part 1 of the hen weekend! You get a good amount of alcohol for the price of the masterclass too which is always good! (welcome cocktail, 2 cocktails you make for yourself, and a shot) Would massively recommend.

The only downfall was the item I wanted was sold out when we got there at 5:30, although the place did seem pretty busy.. it seems that the servers purposely place certain parties on certain areas, which honestly made it a nice experience. For example, huge parties were sat far from us, where rowdy night goers were downstairs to us. We were sat upstairs with the rest of the couple's! The whole place had a great vibe, I've been here for a night out before but never had food and was definitely enjoyed. We ordered the beef and chicken burritos and then a side of Cuban fries, but for some reason received Cajun fries... We didn't say anything as we had already waited a while for our food and was going to attend a concert that evening. The food was very delicious! Everything was well cooked, seasoned and had lots of flavour, we even really enjoyed the fried that we didn't order 🤣 we waited a while for a food... I have a feeling the hostess forgot to put the order through as couple next to us that came came later was getting food before us. But before we got really concerned and before we could even question in, she came over, explained, was really apologetic and offered us another round of drinks. It was 2-4-1 cocktails whilst we were there, which of course I had! But the only downside was you could only order the same cocktail on that deal. But there was plenty to choose from the food menu to the drinks menu and everyone that worked there was very pleasant. The place was clean throughout.

Cocktails were good (although very pricey), the setting is nice overlooking the Albert Dock water side. However the waitress was incredibly unfriendly, didn’t remove the empty glasses from the previous customers and when we asked her to take them away got a bit grumpy about it as if it wasn’t her job. Spoilt what was an otherwise pleasant experience.

Food was lovely and cocktails were delicious. We did have to wait a while to be seated, despite booking a table and we were also waiting a long time for food. We were given a free round of drinks as an apology for the wait.

We went for food at around 7pm on a Tuesday and a lot of the food was off the menu. The food we got was lovely but the most popular stuff was off the menu which was really disappointing. It's all ordering on the app which was really handy especially when eating with a few as you all pay separately. The table we were at wasn't wiped down and was sticky and we saw another table not being wiped down and people being seated. Also we got no cutlery. So I'd say lovely food but service not great.
