Loved the night! Lara served us and was amazing, she was so good at her job!

Great venue, with good music, and even better staff.Tash (manager) in particular, is fantastic - I lost my phone while in Liverpool for the weekend. After verifying the phone was mine, Tash couldn’t do enough to help me – she even posted my phone to me to save me the hassle of travelling back to get it!Will definitely return the next time we are in Liverpool.

Waited 15 minutes at the bar while 2 staffOnly served 3,female kept sorting cups under counter male to busy drinking his yazoo. Pointed out to male staff i was waiting he then proceeded to talk about me to his colleague calling me a "coffin dodger " .we walked out as could not spend any money where total unprofessional and rude staff are

·

My experience in here was spoilt by the rude barman that served me I was stood at the front im only small so was hard to get served only female at the bar by the looks of things when i shouted that i was next he made a rude comment to me I was then charged just under 20 pounds for a double gin and 2x pints. The entertainment was brillant and security on the door where friendly you both get 5 stars the one star is for the barman that served me hard for women trying to get served so there was no need for his rudeness we were out for my sons 20th birthday as a family.

I recently visited and immediately loved the place! they have 3 different bars, each with a unique vibe. When I visited they had live music on which was excellent, all the staff were friendly and the drinks were fairly priced. I would absolutely recommend this bar.Unfortunately, while I was there, I fell very ill, but the bouncers and staff were all exceptionally kind and looked after me, even helping me into a taxi to get home.I had left my phone at the bar, and when I went to pick it up the next day not only were the staff, again, incredibly kind and helpful, they had also charged my phone, and even recognised me and said they were glad I was looking better.Overall, a fantastic bar. I will be recommending it to everyone I know :)

During the day they have acts, at night dance your cares away. Beware the rise in drinks cost after 5pm. Apart from that can't fault this bar.

Visited for a family birthday and were welcomed in and told the venue was wheelchair accessible. After we had bought lots of drinks one of our party needed to use the accessible toilet, which was up a FLIGHT OF STAIRS. The only solution the management could provide was two benches folded up which the expected the wheelchair user to ride her wheelchair up- so unsafe and not even possible. She ended up having to be lifted up the stars by the bouncers. An absolutely humiliating way to use the toilet, and the staff didn’t do anything to make up for this or apologise. DO NOT CLAIM TO BE AN ACCESSIBLE VENUE WHEN YOU DONT EVEN HAVE A RAMP! Awful experince, have they never had a wheelchair user in thier venue before? Disgusting

·

Fantastic venue, staff were great. Live music whilst drinking tasty cocktails. We visited twice whilst in Liverpool we enjoyed it that much.

·

Older pup with a nice area for seating outside. Beer is cold and cheap

It’s my third or forth time here, and I even reviewed it as 5 stars before, but just had a very negative experience:I asked a pint of Guinness, the waiter asked how I would pay, I said by card showing the watch, he registered the correct price in the register (£4.80), and charged £5.80 in the card machine, hidden the total and the screen when asking to tap my watch in. I thought it was funny but would not expect something elusive from a known pub, but when review the transaction I noticed the £5,80 in the summary of my watch. It’s a shame, as a smartish waiter can put a place down, even worst during pandemic times...I did not complained as this £1,00 will make no fault, but I’m spending the time to share my experience, as I’m sure such atitudes can cost a lot more than a pound...#shame
