Went for a few drinks saturday evening it was very busy but got served easily. I would say most of the customers are in the 20s on the bar but there is also a lounge with a mixed range of customers

Booked our Christmas Dinner here. Very well organised. Food was delicious. Eighteen of us and everyone enjoyed it. Lovely atmosphere and staff could not be more helpful or cheerful. Thanks for making a great Christmas Sefton Arms. Will definitely do it again.

Decent pub for a good catch-up mid week and decent food for the price. Saturday pretty busy with loud music for the club goer but if that suits 🤪🍺

Booked 5 tables for lunch with the family after the Remembrance Sunday service in West Derby Village. Reservations were ready for us all, ordering was very quick and simple. Food was lovely and served quite quickly considering the place was busy. Thank you to all the staff for your help and service. Greatly appreciated.

Went for breakfast with a friend. She ordered our food, they did get the order wrong but we didn't raise this as we just ate what came. While we were eating which was around 10am the waitress walked towards our table & about half way there while we were talking she shouted & asked us if everything was ok which we didn't appreciate as we were in mid conversation. A few minutes later she came over to the table said "sorry ladies" & placed a table reservation card into the menu holder reaching over my plate to do so, the reservation wasn't until 6.30pm so why she couldn't have waited until we left I'll never know. Unfortunately she seemed to be going through the motions instead of genuinely taking interest in our visit. Unfortunately very poor customer service

Not great. We ordered 2 meals and one was very disappointing.We ordered the duo of seafood meal which should have been a lovely salmon and king prawns. Instead we were given a couple of defrosted prawns from the tesco over the road. When I asked where the King prawns were? The staff member went to the kitchen and came back telling us that they are king prawns but they shrink🤣 honestly we are no Gordon bloody Ramsey but we know a standard prawn compared to a king prawn every day of the week. We had to just laugh it off. The girl genuinely tried to convince us that the prawns shrunk🤦♂️Anyways, see for yourself (pic included) best to avoid, loads of other decent pub food places around.
