Shiraz Palace in Liverpool

Absolutely fantastic meal. Lots of choice and a varied menu. The meal I had was very tasty and a great portion size. Fantastic cocktails to. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely place, kind and polite staff. Lovely décor that is inviting and gives a nice atmosphere to the place.The food was ok, it was a bit lackluster and very safe. Not very thought through as you end up with a bit of everything, fries, rice and bread for example.. but nothing to complain about either.I would recommend this place as it is decent value for money and easy dining.

Love shiraz Palace one of my favourite places to eat in lverpool the food is fantastic the services is spot on and the cocktails are some of the best I have tried just one tip make sure you book your table as they get really busy.

The waitress was really courteous and repeatedly checked on us. The food was okay, also the place is a bit dull. We ordered a non vegetarian platter, and considering the portion, it was too overwhelming for one person to finish it. Loads of options to choose from and try. Must visit for kebab lovers.

Large, bustling restaurant that's situated in central town centre. Polite staff, clean and nice setting. The lamb chops was amazing - worth the wait! The food here is halal and the portion size was reasonabley priced. For me personally, I'd come everyday if I wasn't working as a chef myself.

Excellent breakfast for really good value. Friendly staff and lively atmosphere on a match day morning.

Disappointed 😞 the food isn't as tasty or as tender as the other shiraz on North John's Street lamb and chicken (not as tender) got less bread the sauce you get isn't as thick or as tasty. They also didn't have 0.0 beer ad the other one does. As iam a driver I can't drink alcohol. Service wasn't as good neither. Don't know why as there was 7 staff compared to the 2 at the other. It wasn't even busy only had 4 tables . The food took longer aswell? .Come shiraz Palace. If you set a standard in 1 place you should carry it over to all of the places you open .if not you will be getting negative comments reviews from the same customers that frequently go the other Shiraz BBQ .was also put on a table where it was freezing 😒 aswell.Come on .Disappointed will not be back here.First time here aswell.Disappointed customer 😒

First time coming here and won't be my last, came with family and friends and was seated straight away, the table did have water on it like it hadn't been cleaned but it was only on one side of table so wasn't too big of a fuss. One other bad thing was we were table of 5 and they gave us 1 napkin between the 5 of us haha, like what, it don't make sense, every person should get one. So we ended up asking for them and they got us some more. Other than them two issues all was good, toilets were clean, cutlery was clean, glasses were clean, food was very nice. I enjoyed my cheeseburger and garlic bread, portion sizes are ok, they do a lot of cocktails and only like 5 mocktails compared to the 30 or so cocktails you do haha, you should add some more mocktails :p, will be back, staff was very friendly, food came out fast too wasn't waiting around too long. One more last thing to add was one person on our table was still eating and the lady came asked us if we was done while the person was clearly eating still while she was asking this. Me and my cousin both were shocked as we both own and run restuarants and always teach staff to let everyone on the table finish their food before we try clearing the table of plates and stuff as they might find it rude which in this case my sister the one still eating did find it a bit rude. But i'll let this one slide this time as your staff might have made a mistake. So yes ill be back hopefully next time none of these small problems will occur. Keep up the good work.

Halal full English breakfast got me going here today, awesomeness at its finest, staff was 100% professional.Will keep you updated on late menu probably tomorrow

Lovely place with a busy friendly atmosphere. We had the cold sharer stater it was delicious. Then followed up with lamb chops, a really reasonable amount for the price. Cheap cocktails as well if you are in the party mood
