Sizzlaz in Liverpool

I ordered a chicken burger meal they given me just burger and chips without the drink,not good service at all

Once again we ordered food that did not satisfy us…large kebab was about the size of a small one, burned, dry, not fresh and delivered cold. It almost had no salad which was replaced with a tone of mayo. Chicken wings where dry and burned and lastly we ordered a kids meal which came without fries. I would not feed my dog this food and today you have lost a loyal customer. Dave.

Ordered food from them which is normally lovely, my food had hair in which they did apologise for an resent but without the sauce which made it dry 🤦‍♀️ when the food arrived the curry had spilt on other food so when asked for a refund a member of sizzlaz thought it acceptable to ring on his private mobile number kicking off absolutely unacceptable in actual shock imagine acting this way when running a business! Hope he realises its not okay to ring people kicking off totally understand its a business but when food is damaged an contaminated with hair a think a refund would be acceptable.

One word.....Inedable! if you value your teeth then avoid..only chose 1 star so it will let me submit

Nice place with lots of variety. Turkish style kebabs, Indian food, pizzas, fried chicken etc. Had the Special Kebab which is four different kebabs in one. Was really nice.

Orderd one time a 30 pound order gave it to next door so waited 2 hours for our food then 2 weeks later ordered a 15 pound pizza and come with wrong toppings food is OK but attention to detail is poor and disgusting especially when you spend 30 pounds plus everyweek absolute joke of service will not be going back again wouldn't advise to new customers.

I ordered 2 kebabs; one with lamb tikka shish and shish mix and a second one with lamb and chicken shish, salad, garlic and mint sauce, no mint sauce.Unfortunately the salad minimal, the chicken over cooked, dry and what ever the meat was it was definitely not lamb. It was extremely tough not edible at all. I'm a chef myself and was extremely disappointed 😞.Lastly it was over 20 minutes late considering it's less than 10 mins away. And given a 50 min waiting time.Never again also checked food hygiene only given a 3 of 5.So will not order again and not recommend it.Ray

Specifically ordered this meal for 5.30pm for when my family are home, food arrived an hour early, I told the driver this was too early and he laughed and said they may not have read the note. I messaged just eat who were really nice and apologised and offered me a partial refund for the inconvenience.Forward 30 mins the delivery driver is back at my door saying they want the food back. Then hands me his phone to the person in the takeaway who is on loudspeaker on my doorstep shouting down the phone at me! I am just getting my anxiety under control and I’m facing this on my door step

The Indian food here is a hidden gem in Liverpool. The lamb biriyani is mint and not tight with their portions. Best on county road by far!

Really good food and reasonably price just down the road from our Travel Hostel, lots of our guests comment how nice the food is.Definitely recommend this and they do large selection of meal deals 5☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
