Slug and Lettuce in Liverpool

Not bad at all for a large chain. I got some chilli dish which I wish I hadn't as it was very simple. It didn't taste bad, it just wasn't great. The rice was super dry and stuck together. With that said, my girlfriend loved her fish and chips and wanted me to bring her back after.The cocktails are very good and the staff behind the bar are very nice as well as talented at what they do.The location is great and the overall design of the place is very nice!

The most amazing bottomless brunch experience we have ever had. Julia was incredible - so attentive, chatty and funny. We never had an empty glass and she was always checking in that we were enjoying ourselves. Food was also great! 11/10 service. Would definitely rebook this brunch! Thank you Julia for being the best bottomless brunch host we have ever had - and trust me, we’re very experienced bottomless brunchers!

Came for a hen do bottomless brunch and we had such a lovely time. Carole, our waitress, was lovely. Nothing was too much for her, constantly topping us up with drinks and even helping one of the girls who was hungover with lots of water and a cuppa tea! Good food and good vibe!

Npt really a 1st good experience. Toast was burnt and at my table there was little midget flies flying round what you find hovering above dirty bins so didn't get to eat most of my food. Got told by one staff member that we were early so we could wait and then another member of staff rudely stated we was early and was looking at his watch. Not very welcoming to be honest.

If I could leave 0 I would!!!Decided to visit slug & lettuce today first time, walked into a room full of sticky tables and chairs. I then went to the bar to order food and drinks waited 20mins to be survived in an empty room within that time I witnessed staff chatting, swearing and joking around. While waiting to be served a lad walked up after I'd been waiting and was survived before myself. After finally being served, food arrived fast but my £12.49 burger was burnt and so was my partners. We were then approached by the waitress saying we had to leave for 14.30 this was at 14.00 and still had to wait for 3 of our other guests to receive food. When it did arrive we were very unimpressed with what slug & lettuce like to call an onion ring.P.s. we also noticed after geting our food dropped off the waiter walked away scratching his balls.I am not happy!!Pps. Food was absolutely amazing, the pancakes were so fluffy and yummy :). Our drinks were filled up as soon as they were empty, our server Laura was fantastic making sure we were never left with an empty glass! Would definitely recommend their 'Bottomless Brunch'

Food is always lovely, but the service was the best part about it, a very friendly kind lady called Becky in your Liverpool venue couldn’t help us enough, she made sure our day went perfectly. I have been numerous times with different groups and every time we are greeted by her lovely smile upbeat presence and helpful service. She’s a credit to your company (as are your cocktails) 10/10 will all ways recommend whenever I’m asked where to eat in town.

Went to the Slug and Lettuce with my Bottomless brunch, we had Carole as our waitress and she was amazing. We’ve never had bottomless brunch before and she explained it so well and made sure we were alright all the way through. We had a great 2 hours here celebrating our bottomless brunch here for valentines day after watching Liverpool play the night before. The best service we could have asked for. Would highly recommend Carole any day/night.

Amazing experience! I came here for bottomless brunch with my best friend to celebrate her new job! We were looked after perfectly by staff member Carol. Carol ensure our food was okay and that our drinks were topped up when needed. We never had to ask for anything as carol ensured we had everything we needed. Lovely place and amazing staff. Brilliant bottomless brunch on a Tuesday afternoon!Drinks were great and staff kept them topped up at a good pace.The food was equally amazing. Perfect portion size to line the stomach for more drinking.The venue is lovely, very nicely decorated.
