Spice City in Liverpool

If you're from South Africa expecting a good curry you'll be disappointed. Curry is not thick and can be compared to water. Flavour was also sadly not there. Very disappointed.

We ordered a tandoori mixed grill and a mixed tandoori byriani.The mixed grill was excellent. For £11.95 I've never had such a big quantity of meat in one single dish. It was cooked to perfection.The byriani was plentiful and again cooked too perfection.Less that £25 in total was a bargain. I would highly recommend it

I’m surprised to read the negative reviews on here. We found the staff to be friendly and the food was really delicious. Nice setting. Portions could have been a bit more generous, hence 4*. Prices were about average.

Staff was incredibly helpful with getting us seated on such short notice. The food quality was incredible and this is by far one of the best south-asian restraunts in the area. This is now my go to restraunt whether eating out or ordering in.

What an amazing place. The staff and food was exceptional. We were welcomed by amazing people and the food and drinks were brilliant. Took my parents here for a treat and couldn't possible say a thing wrong about it. Bravo Spice City!

Went tonight with my husband for are 13th anniversary, 31/01/2022 at 6pm.The food is absolutely delicious, I really enjoyed every single minute there,The quality of the food super great, the portions not that big but would be enough for anyone ,I took loads of pics will try my best to share it in here ,I really recommends this restaurant to everyone like Indian food 🥘.

I had the lamb samba and it was amazing. Rice and nan bread was very good. My dad had chicken jalfrezi and the chicken was dry. This is the only reason I have gave 4 starts rather than 5. Friendly waitress. Would definitely recommend

I went to Spice City as this was the curry house that I found based on recommendations, I have to say I really enjoyed my meal here, the waiters are beyond helpful (a big thanks to Paige, Noor and Ahmed for all their hard work). I ordered a biryani and a mixture of starters, the food was filling and looks well presented and does taste just as good. I really enjoyed my meal and would recommend anyone to visit this place if you are after a good meal.
