Delightful! The honey badami was the best curry dish I’ve ever had. My new favorite. From out of town, so I’ll be missing it!Excellent service and food.

The food was not close to alright somewhat, let’s just say not according to my expectation. Staffs were extremely unfriendly. Food was delayed which was totally acceptable but the staffs went impatient when it was closer to closing time. We had barely 10 minutes to complete our food. one of the staff ( an indian girl ) literally told my friend to hand her the leftover plates but I suppose it was her responsibility to pick up the stuffs from the customers table ? She was absolutely unethical and not professional. Same goes to the middle age guy who was working over there. He sat right next to our table and increased his mobile volume purposely to make us leave the place as sooner as possible, atleast that’s what I assume but we are barely 10 minutes in after the arrival of our order. Absolutely unethical work manner and unprofessional.

We were greeted by Noor who was not the most welcoming. We booked a meerkat offer which she didn't explain correctly and then had a manager sent over to tell us.The food was exceptionally bland and not really for an Asian palete. The food was overpriced for what it was.

We went to Spice City last night for the first time and I've got to say it was absolutely fantastic. The service was second to none and we were served very promptly. The staff were very friendly and it was one of the best curries I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it you won't be disappointed.

My second visit to the place, the first was in 2019 and I fave 4 star classification, but today after the 2022 visit, I need to review it and give only 3 stars. The staff is very friendly, however the food is not so amayzing as in the past and the prices higher when compared with other resturants at today in the area and for the quality of the food.In the past was a more autentic Indian food, simple dishes more Indian taste, however today is a more western Indian taste, maybe to try to compete with some other restaurants in the area more "fashionable" as Mowgli, etc. So, when I visited the place I was looking for the more Indian style cousine and not the Western, so in the end it was not a so good experience

We ordered a tandoori mixed grill and a mixed tandoori byriani. The mixed grill was excellent. For £11.95 I've never had such a big quantity of meat in one single dish. It was cooked to perfection. The byriani was plentiful and again cooked too perfection.Less that £25 in total was a bargain. I would highly recommend it

Food quality was very good, with nice authentic tastes, and both food and drinks were a reasonable cost. The place was very quiet and dark when I went. The staff weren't very welcoming.

I’m surprised to read the negative reviews on here. We found the staff to be friendly and the food was really delicious. Nice setting. Portions could have been a bit more generous, hence 4*. Prices were about average.
