Starbucks Coffee Drive Thru Edge Lane in Liverpool

Harvey made me a very nice drink today the strawberry and cream Frappuccino,and he really and lovely and had a smile while serving me and my family.

When in: Best service ever, perks, quiet place to work and studyDelivery: Very fast and spot on but pls ensure to close the lids properly because many times drinks open during the delivery procedure and coffee gets spilled all over the bag (and since it's made of paper twice it has just ripped off when the driver was taking it off his bag and spilled all over the payment and no coffee for me :/)On cold drinks the trick with the plastic wrapper is very effective.Keep it up and ensure to safely close the lids!

How can you call a vegan hot chocolate vegan, and make it with cows milk? And then blame the customer for not stating they want non dairy milk! Starbucks I think you need to educate your staff on what Vegan actually means.

This one the staff wasnt friendly on my visit as i was asking which flavour sauces they do, her reply was "all of them". Very dissapointed will not be using this particular starbucks in future.

My experience at this Starbucks was very disappointing. ‘Meg’ had such an aggressive tone and was stomping around the place in such an inappropriate manner. Someone in-front wanted something that they’d run out of, when they expressed their slight disappointment Meg responded very aggressively by saying she’s doing her best and that it’s been very busy. This was such an overreaction and left the customer caught off guard. She needs to calm down.

Fantastic service all the staff were great, attaintive and very friendly. Always smiling ☺. Charl, Katie & Sasha made us feel very comfortable with their cheerfulness, it helps give the restaurant a warm feeling.Food was delicious hot and served with a smile.My Soy Latte hit the spot.Thanks dream team

Unscrupulous business practice. Deliberate charge for take-out prices despite clear instruction of asking to drink in. We reiterated for drinking in and questioned the price difference only to be brushed off with a comment that the prices are different from the list price. Whole lot of nonsense - see receipt for evidence.
