The two lads who have been working there this week are really good, they even remembered my daily order...

There's normally only two members of staff working who have the impossible task of serving in-store customers as well as preparing online orders for collection, this means service is slow, average waiting time is around 15 minutes.

Ordered my usual foot long marinara toasted with cheese and red onion on Italian cheese and herb. The delivery was quick but it was not on Italian herb and cheese bread it was on standard and it was not toasted it was also quite cold. Not usual service to be honest usually it is hot and really good. The person that prepared it obviously did not look at the order. Would normally give 5 stars

Ordered on Deliveroo. paid for a footlong sub, a saladbox and a big 1.25L bottle of coke. When order arrived. they'd only put a 500ml bottle in the bag. i then tried to call for over half an hour for nobody to pick up. Also the meat for the salad had not been cut up at all. just slapped on the top.... no preperation in mind when making a "salad"

Ordered from them with Deliveroo. One footlong was missing. Dear "sandwich artists", actually read through your orders instead of rushing them

The chap was friendly & my Spicy Italian was good. The big downside was that no one had done a sweep around for at least a day. There were 2 young girls as well so someone could have done a standard check.

The girl did her best, but left on your own on a Saturday night? Main problem is, a tuna nicoise salad is not the same as a tuna mayo salad. Sort out your menu, people!

running out of food all the time especiallycheese meats and lots of bread in a sandwich shop! who ever is doing the food orders should get sacked because it is every day i would rather go to a shop where staff use common sense always very dirty for a subway too wont bother going here for lunch again wouldnt want my kids eating from here

do not eat here! food is sold past expiration dates bread and cookie are not fresh can be left for days. one customer returned moldy bread! all equipment isnt cleaned properly and all food is not prepared to the food saftey standards!
