Subway - Mossley Hill in Liverpool

Paid extra to get extra cheese on my girlfriends sub but didn't get any cheese and I got none on mine and mine literally has cheese in the sub's name (steak and cheese). Plus no refund or discount for no cheese. Very upset and will be avoiding in the future.

Burnt bread, inability to cut footlong, dirty store, outside covered in urinal stains. Poor hygiene overall. Go to another store.

Ordered veggi subway all they give me is lettuce and onion inside bread...no cheese no veggi Patti nothing....staff when I did ring them for complaint boy was just making excuses and fun....not serious of anything wasted 10 pounds

Amazing. Love the food as it has a massive variety of bread, toppings and sauces. Also the customer service was very nice, all very polite and understanding employees. Finally the inside eating are wasn't too bad however there were some ripped chairs. 100% would reccomend

Worst subway Ever! Ordered off ubereats, got the wrong order! The ones that were right were messy as hell and looked like someone just squashed them together like they couldnt care less!! Please avoid this subway at all cost!!!

I was served by 2 very helpful young women here today. The quality of the salad bowl and the sub I received was good.

Subway allerton road, IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS STAR I WOULDMy experience was very poor I'm a long standing customer and always do big orders but my love for allerton road subway has slipped there is no longer a hygiene rating sign up witch makes me wonder what the hygiene rating is as this is missing, the whole shop needs a revamp the bin is never empty it takes a few minutes to change a bin. I had a rotisserie chicken sub last time and the chicken wasn't that fresh it actually had a smell on it. My bread was rock hard the staff are friendly apart from the male his attitude towards the school kids is disgusting! Need to teach your staff that the customer comes first it seems like it's a chore to serve the customers. And a Little brush in the dining area every now an then wouldn't go a miss, staff are always chatting away when there's dirty tables and you can't sit down unless you move the rubbish yourself.

Worst staff everI visited the store. Odered 3 sausege egg cheese breakfast with drink. the price on the wall is ￡3 with drink. When I pay at the till the price is ￡10.20, I aked the staff should it be ￡9 if it's ￡3 each. The staff just said the price at the till is correct and she doesnt know why it's differentthe price. While I talking to her she rushed me and asked me to decide whether pay or not as she has other customers to serve. I said to her I am her customer she can serve next one after me. She then refused to setve me and refused to sell me anything.This is the worst service and worst staff I ever had with subway or any other restaurants. She might had a bad day or any issue but it's abasolutely wrong behaivour to serve a customer in such way.

Great food, huge choice of fillings, sauces, bread and cheese. The staff are friendly enough and the service is usually very very quick. I've never had to wait longer than5 minutes. If youre planning on going, I would reccomend my favourite order: a footling meatball marinara on hearty italian, cheese and toasted, with olives, onions, iceberg lettuce and cucumber and chipotle sauce.

I arrived at 18:58, rudely told the subway was closed then they locked the door before I realised (19:00 closing time). I only wanted a 6 inch sub would've taken 2 minutes to make. Lost my service.
