Subway - Norris Green in Liverpool

I visited my local subway today, 12th june around 130pm my friend and I were disappointed by the lack of food hygiene standards of the member of staff who prepared our food. She should be fired or at least not be working in the food industry, she would benefit from training in food hygiene and health an safety. I am not a petty person, however I was upset with my food. In fact it made me feel sick.I observed her preparing food. She made Nachos for order that was to go out for delivery. As she poured out a bag of Doritos She dropped a quarter of them into the beef, she then continued to pick them back out of the beef and put them on someone’s food while making mine. I had ordered a plain cheese sandwich and also a separate meatball one. I watched as she threw the cheese, which landed on the side rather than in the cheese tub. She then dripped meatball source over my plain cheese sandwich ( I have sensory issues an can’t have food mixed or i won’t eat it ) it made me feel sick the way she was just dropping foods into the wrong containers and picking them back out an putting them back in to their containers to be used later.It is worrying as some people have food allergies, which could prove dangerous due to cross contaminated food. The whole experience out me off my food and I couldnt eat it. My food had been touched by tomato source it may sound dramatic to some people but am sure a lot of people would not like there food to be cross contaminated or have something they don’t like on there sandwich. I really think this member of staff should be taught some basic food hygiene lessons.vegetarians or people with a allergies would not be very happy

The food deserves 5 stars but for some kind of reason my takeaway orders are being cancelled exactly when the food is supposed to be delivered. It happened twice already and its just disappointing..

Good but don't expect salt

Considering it was around 21:00 they had ehat we wanted and the staff were lovely and went out of his way to help and assist us and was friendly too ... nothing was too much trouble

Great since new manageress is inEverything fresh and staff helpful and friendly

Was served a freezing cold sub because it was left on the side for at least 5 minutes whilst the second person was organising bread and drinks, then came over, added the sauces and salad to wander off again. Anyway, my sub is freezing and I wouldn’t dare go back to wait another 5 minutes very slow service considering there was only me and one other person in there

Absolutely raged at the way I was spoken to today by a manager in this store. No sign to say toilets not in use so how was I to know they are staff toilets? He then proceeded to argue with me and was extremely rude. I quickly left refusing to purchase anything and I certainly wont be back! I have also sent a complaint through to subway.

Food lovely, hygiene and cross contamination not good. While waiting for my sub, the lady was rushing and food was leaving the counter and falling into other pots. Eg chicken going into cucumber and tomato pots. Other food being contamination. Not good. It's bad. Let's hope your not a veggie.

Diabolical service, we were in line for ten minutes when we got to get served the man skipped right past us and asked the girl behind what she wanted an completely over looked us, when I said we were next can I order now he just looked at me so I started telling him my order which he done in silence then when we got to the salad bar I was told that we couldn't have bmt on a kids meal even though I had just watched the first lad make it, the service was awful the staff were rude and it's vastly over priced for a sandwich shop!! Won't be visiting till they acquire new staff.

Love subway usually, but find staff disinterested, very tight with the salad. I can't eat bread and was made to feel awkward when I requested more lettuce. Got a dirty look when I asked for more sauce .Aren't the salad tubs supposed to be full? The Speke branch is so friendly and staff are helpful .
