Subway - Stonedale Business Park in Liverpool

Visited subway 23rd July at 1.20 and had the worst customer service experience in my lifetime. One star is too much. I have just read previous reviews and realise staff are most certainly the issue here, well one in particular. I was with my 13 year old daughter and Having chosen bread with younger assistant and moved on to an older lady who then asked what salad, I asked for just gherkins but lots and there was hardly any gherkins left - which happens I know however she said that’s all there was left and, “no there’s no more and that’s what happens when they bring us in an hour later!” I then said I wanted make into 3 meal deals and said 2 cookies and I already have crisp. She then said something I didn’t hear and the younger subway assistant explained to her what Id asked for. She then said something else under her breath and my daughters face dropped. Once we got outside I was told by my daughter she had not heard me finally ask for 3 coke and once again the other assistant told her what I wanted and I found it the older assistants reply to her was ‘Well people need to say what they want don’t they” to which the younger assistant replied ‘ I just need sleep’Suggest you don’t go in here as when I went back in to confront her with people in queue she was happy to shout yeah I did say that. Stay away!!! Lots of good franchises. Hope head office and social media deals with this as my daughter is going to post re post everywhere now. Terrible experience.

Staff seem so miserable here they never seem to smile puts you in an uncomfortable mood only the odd one who's quiet friendly

Friendly staff, good food and nice and clean

Went in before my shift in work waited for girl to clean the oven then two lads walked in got served I said I was here before them the lady behind the counter said they get served first they only what drinks I said am going to be late for work and I was in the que first she replied she is following rules off the manager I said well we’re is a sign saying those only wanting drinks get served first had a terrible attitude towards me in front of the customers who came in after me at one point she was laughing at me I took my food and went to work won’t be using their again will make it my business to speak to the manager if this is the case put a sign up was if the lady new the lads maybe that’s why they got served

Clean and tidy . The layout is strange. No trays for your food, no counter everything is passed over the cookie top. Customer service nil very abrupt can't be bothered attitude by our server. The worst we have been in by far.

We were the only 2 in there and still took about 5 mins to serve us, not good for a quick bite to eat plus they didn't have the bread I wanted which I get every time.

Typical fast food. The staff are to busy to be attentive to the customers. This is not really a criticism it us just s fact of life.

I always ask for more gurkin and jalapenos response was that they can only give a certain amount. They did put a few more on but! Would have paid if they asked!

Staff was really nice and helpful. It can get really busy at lunch time but lots of places to sit

Just visited subway with my children.Asked for extra topping of pepperoni and was charged £1.50. Told on a previous occasion that it should be added as an extra which is cheaper. I politely queried this only to be told abruptly 'there's no lad who works hereSo thought okay carry on- then the staff walks into the back and starts to talk about me to another member of staff. I did not confront her as I had 2 small children with me. How rude- obviously customer service is lacking and manners in her home.Won't be going again
