The guy was coughing all over his hands then he stared to cough over the food, so i said to him he needed to wash his hands and wear a mask, his reply “it’s only a cough” when you have a cough and are working with food, you need to ensure that the particles of the cough is not all over the food, bacteria spreads, epically when he is coughing on his hands with no gloves on, he should of been wearing a mask, I ended up walking out won’t ever be back, disgusting

Pleasant and efficient staff. Clean and welcoming. Great range of deli fillings.

Minty in here, know someone who used to work there who could tell you some tales. None of the food is fresh it’s all frozen, frozen bread frozen meat which they can leave in a container in the fridge for 2-3 days, lettuce is relatively fresh an cucumber that’s about it though. Veggie patties very often grow mold as there overlooked as not many people order. Tuna is mainly mayonnaise I’d say if you order a tuna sandwich it’s 30% tuna 70% Mayo. Staff in there are rude, bad atmosphere always feels as though you are a burden on their time, news flash you don’t own subway. Used to visit here years ago an would often walk in when conversations were taking place with locals of the area, other shop workers and it just felt like a really nice place sort of like a family run business rather than a big company thing, now it’s gnarly workers with bad attitudes and frozen food. Also very over priced!! Subways never have the same deals or prices as they are franchise owned so if you have a problem with no military discounts/ student discount/ nhs etc etc or even meal deals it’s because they are gready

So this is based on the Walton Vale branch, and namely the young chap called Sean who served me. I was thoroughly impressed by his customer service skills, was very personal and chatty and made my experience very very enjoyable... plus he knocked up a belter Mega Melt for me too... will definitely go there again if sean is on shift.. kudos my guy

Me personally I think subway is going down the pan. No boiled eggs in the afternoon. Small portions in a salad bowl. Won't be going there for a while.

Visited this Subway on saturday afternoon with my mam whilst we was visiting some family in liverpool. We was met with such a negative atmosphere.. the woman behind the counter seemed very negative and spoke to us as if we was a burden on her day. Once our order was taken and we got our food, she stormed into the back of the Subway and no manners were used throughout. We wanted to sit in and enjoy our meals, but we did not want to after such a rude service. It is safe to say we will not be visiting again.

Visited store on Friday evening around 4:30 store was nice and clean but the female staff member had a really bad attitude storming around and looked like she didn’t want to be there on the other hand the young man was polite and helpful !

Was in the store Friday about 5-5:30 served by the most rude female staff member I have ever been served by in this store had a really bad attitude didn’t know how to speak to my self or the customer in front of me the young lad was really helpful when the staff member stormed into the back and basically refused to serve me after giving me a nasty look and ignored me when I was waiting to give my order to her.

The best subway I have been to the bread always tastes fresh and the staff are nice, word of warning pre order around lunch time as it's mega busy.

I have always experienced great service from the friendly staff at this outlet. All the usual Subway fare is available. Although quite busy at lunchtime you never have to wait very long to be served and it is usually possible to find a free table if eating in. The store has an accessible toilet.
