Tuna sandwich from here is always the best! The bread is so fluffy and fresh and the staff are always so eager to help and have amazing customer service. 100% would recommend

Same as all the others really the read can be a bit soggy sometimes but the tastley meatballs make up for it

subway: its subway. a bit understaffed but overall great tasing food and very atmospheric. the bread is very light and fluffy and the meat tastes succulent and juicy and fresh. everything js fresh quality and of an amazing standard. thats why their motto is "eat fresh". someone got meatball marinara with mayonese, I don't think this should be allowed but apart from that incident everythinf went exceptionally well. 11/10 would go again

Very bad customer service: when been notified from my son that the sandwich was smaller than 6 inches the girl serving started been very nervous insisting that my son was wrong. To avoid problems I asked gently to change it with the other half bread that was obviously bigger. Again her reaction was very bad throwing the sandwich in the bin in a very bad way. I made her notice that her way was not good when our request and way to talk was polite. Even her collegue looked quite distressed from her reaction.Not coming here again.

Absolutely ripped me off. I order the same sandwich every week (Veggie Delite) as a treat for my daughter via Uber Eats and it normally comes from Aigburth Road store but today it came from this store (that may be my fault as I was late ordering so likely pressed the wrong restaurant). The Veggie Delite normally has a veggie pattie on it with the additional salad so wasnt expecting any different today. She bit into her sandwich today to find it had no pattie on it. I thought it would be quicker to contact the store direct to sort this out to be told that the Veggie Delite doesnt come with a pattie. I dont understand why 1 store puts a pattie on it and another doesnt. It should be the same across all stores. What I essentially received was an overpriced mayonnaise sandwich.

Nice freshly made food in front of you. You have a varied choice of healthy or unhealthy options. Staff are very friendly. Only gave this rating as they had no Italian or plan bread left.

Everything is less, tou get tiny bits of vegetables, not much cheese, not much meet. Price stays the same and the staff behave like you need to hurry up even when the shop is empty. Disappointed, especially because we were first time there

Lovely food but only two options for vegetarians. They do kids packs with little free extras like toys and stickers. Can get salad here too.
