T.G.I. Friday's - Liverpool One in Liverpool

Came here for my birthday, took advantage of the set menu for 2 courses for £15. Excellent value considering my burger would’ve cost £17 usually! Just glad they didn’t sing for me 😂

I remember TGI's when it first launched and at the time it was great. Always been a bit over priced but the food was different then and good, unfortunately after my latest visit I feel it is still over priced but the food was not good at all. Best part of £20 for an average burger and rubbish quality fries.Won't be rushing back...

It's actually a nice restaurant and the staff are absolutely lovely which I just had to leave to a tip at the end however the 2 seater tables are so tiny, felt so claustrophobic in them and there wasn't anywhere we could put our coats or hang them up so we had to sit on our coats which was rather uncomfortable. May I suggest a coat hanger for customers to hang coats up or even a hook to hang them up at the back if the seats on the glass? Other than the small tables this place was so nice food is delicious.

Food is nice but not really good value for money, I can get better burgers for cheaper elsewhere. Service is slow but servers were lovely. Drinks are nice and reasonably priced. Not a bad place but is overhyped and probably won't come again

The food was decent enough . Allergy information not great though in relation to the kids menu. They give u a little card with a qr code to scan for allergy info but the kids menu not on it. If u have a egg and dairy allergy the kids menu is out

As you can see from the photos the loaded potato skins were anything but loaded. Nice place, quite slow service on the day, difficult to get another drink. Jack Daniels glaze was gorgeous as usual

Great customer service. Extremely helpful dealing with gluten free request, providing menu and advice and ensuring I was able to enjoy my meal. The Ribs were lovely and would thoroughly recommend a visit especially if you are Gluten Free.

Great service along with delicious food made the afternoon much warmer.

Food was lovely, even tho it was busy, the staff were helpful and friendly. Only waited around 12 minutes for our meals to arrive. Food was hot and really tasty.

Lovely customer service. Had the popular sesame seeded chicken with Jack Daniels sauce. Also had a gluten free chicken salad which was tasty! The manager served us due to gluten free dish and was very helpful. Will definitely be back and fully recommend!
