Lovely place to eat and drink. Service with a smile. Food was really good and hot.

Yeah nice atmosphere burger was fab and lager don't know what the potato chips were about but anyway lovely service

Friendly, welcoming staff, enjoyable food (steak ciabatta on this occasion- they dont scrimp on the meat like some places), brunch and lunch menus just a bit limited and shouldn't be an additional charge for sauce but popular and good atmosphere.

Food really nice. They even ran out to get new colouring pens for my daughter. Couldn't fault.

Had a lovely meal tonight at the book the service was great the staff were lovely very attentive and great atmosphere I Even got to meet he manager Jonathan who was a lovely guy and very welcoming and friendly had a great time and will definitely be back .

We attended 'The Book' for an early Mother's day, day out. There were about 20 of us. The staff and manager were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The cocktails were great and the food was very tasty. We had a fabulous time. They didn't even mind we had a little sing along with some of the music and a little dance in the aisle.We were put in a part of the restaurant big enough in booths for us all to sit altogether. All in all was a great start to a great day. I would recommend a visit and the sweet chilli halloumi among our new faves their duck dirty fries 😋😋. The food was lovely. Thanks again to you all, we will be back soon. Xxx
