Great place. Lovely herby sausages for breakfast. Guinness is beautiful and friendly staff. Room 4 is a Pandora box of surprises. H8ghly recommend.

Visited with family of 8 from London to watch the Liverpool game, few family members went to the ground which is only 10 minutes away and the rest of us stayed, we had such a great time, service was excellent, food was good and everyone was so friendly, Beverly who runs it was so accommodating and so was the rest of her staff, I could not recommend this place enough. Tip would be get here early ahead of the game as it is very very busy. We didn't stay at the hotel but we definitely would if we was in the area again.

We had my mums wake at this event, everyone was really kind and helpful the food excellent. The venue is clean and staff friendly. Thank you for making such a difficult day be relaxing and peaceful.

I went for the Sunday Carvery and it was lovely. Fantastic service and well worth the money. Food was really tasty and great quality. Very generous servings of meat. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

Been going in on match day a few years now. Used to be fine but since covid its gone down hill. They've put 50p on a pint making it the most expensive pub around anfield. The reservations for meals are nearly always screwed up and the size of the meals has got smaller.As for some of the staff, they've always been a bit gobby towards customers,especially the landlady who thinks her staff are never in the wrong. But last night I heard the crossed eyed bar woman barking orders at a young woman to get away from the bar then 5 minutes later the same crossed eyed member of staff started an argument with another customer who questioned why she was serving people who had just approached the bar while others had been stood waiting 10 minutes! Of course the landlady heard her member of staff gobbing off and backed her up, even though she didn't know what had happened. Id cut down going in from every game to only my second visit this season, wont be bothering again. Cheaper pubs with nicer bar staff nearby.

Staff were very friendly and the Sunday Roast buffet was very good. Lovely and clean dining room. I will definitely go again

Amazing place, staff were incredibly friendly. Venue was immaculate, all tables sanitized between customers. Food was incredible and sensibly priced too.

Asking you if you want sauce for your meal without mentioning it comes with additional cost. Like I've memorized the menu, before I came to order. Also they don't really know how to cook a stack. Ordered medium, got half medium half well done. At least the sauce saved it 😄.
