The Charcoal Hob in Liverpool

I'VE ORDER AN 10'' INDIAN PIZZA, I WENT TO COLLECT IT CAME BACK TO FOUND HALF OF THE PIZZA WAS TOO HARD AND DRY AND THEY OTHER HALF WAS UNCOOKED TRYED TO CALL BACK AND EXPLAIN THE MATTER BUT NO RESPOND.

Used to order here loads before new people took over, it's gone DREADFUL. Don't order from here if you want to get the right order and one that is warm.Messaged and told to ask for Cata to resolve. Called up and he is never there.Go to casa pizza over the road, they care about their customers and the order is always right. Shame really, charcoal used to be quality.

Excellent pizza!!!!Burger over cooked and I like it well done but cooked almost dry.Fries great with....red salt??

Ordered 2 lamb wraps, chips, jalapeño bites and a flake milkshake..... when it arrived no chips and the wrong flavoured milkshake.... it's a shame the order was wrong and sloppily put together as I've order from here in the past but won't be going back..... waste of money when half the order is wrong/missing 😖😖😖

I would give a higher rating the food was nice, but I ordered the 'donner kebab meal for 1' which is supposed to come with fries and a drink, no fries and no drink. ( ordered spicy wings and a tub of sauce) paid £11.68, Sir please have some shame, people work hard for there money and with the current financial problems people are facing please don't rip off customers.

Ordered the meal told us it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes, phoned with an excuse telling us the driver had been speeding and couldn’t deliver the food l. Total waste of time.

Absolutely vile, the food was cold and the chicken was raw in the middle! So dangerous! Will never order from here again 😒

Been ordering from here for 3 years, food is always delicious, I've only ever had one issue (they gave me a calzone instead of a pizza, not complaining). Would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's my go to take away. Thanks for the amazing food guys

Have been ordering kebabs from hear about 3 times a week for some years now. Fresh nan, Istanbul Donner, excellent lamb.... I'm actually quite pickey and this is the only kebab shop I will order from....

Massive kebabs from here for review saying the kofta was pink well its meant to be, it's served medium rare in most places aha, the spicy chicken wing are heavy probely the nicest thing on the menu. I'll swerve the spring rolls would of been 5 stars but the spring rolls need taking off the menu or improved. I know there only cheap but I'll deffinaly be getting more wings for the same price.Pros- loads of meet nicely seasoned and grilled, loads of salad, probably the best wings from a kebab gaff I've had.Cons- spring rolls are not nice and barely any filling and they put the salad box in the same bag as the hot food.
