This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in years. Place was clean, tidy and the decor was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Chinese food is one of my least favourites but my partner loves it so we went, it's testament to how great the food was that even I loved it not being a Chinese food fan. Service was quick and my toddler loved the robot. Great choice of food, it was faultless tbh. £12.50 for as much food as you can eat that was all so delicious, 10/10 would definitely recommend and this place will be a regular for us now.

Food lovely . Great little gimic having robots bring the food :) .Staff friendly and helpful.App really easy to use to order from.Veg could do with a little bit more time being steamed though.

Really enjoyed our visit today. We were welcomed by a nice gent at the door who showed us to our table, he then talked us through using the app to order our meals, its really straight forward.Food and service was excellent, tasted great, hot and well presented. I really love the concept of order as you go with smaller tapa's style portions. It is great fun having the robot deliver food to the table, only downside is other tables taking your order if the robot is doing multiple table deliveries. But the overall experience and fun element more than made up for it.The meals were out quickly and all the dishes we tried we brilliant and done to a high standardStaff are really helpful and friendly. Tables are cleared down quickly. The staff could not of done any more to keep on top of the cleanliness. Great job all round. Will definitely visit again.

WOW! what an experience, we came with party on Saturday and I was very impressed with the overall experience. From being explained how simple to use the ordering App and how to place orders. The basics are as that its all you can order and eat but don't order all at once as the host mentioned! just order as and when you need it and is brought to you via ROBOT! yes a 'Bella Bot' to be precise. food gets delivered to your table and just take the corresponding tray from the bot. This was the highlight of the evening. we all couldn't stop taking photos and videos and the kids got very excited too, nearly forgot whose birthday it was until the robot brought a cake singing happy birthday. The portions are small like tapas style and gives us an opportunity have many taster size dishes where you can order more or choose a different dish as long as you are mindful and don't waste. the meals are very tasty and hot too but some got cold by the time we got round to eating it, so don't order too much at once! The staff are very friendly and helpful and we look forward to bring friends and family soon. thank you for a memorable evening.

First time eating here since it changed to a table delivery service and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. We went during the day at lunchtime, orders stop at 2.30 so make sure you give yourself at the very least an hour to eat, longer if its busy. The food was hot and tasty, there's a limited variety during the day, I read the evening menu and there's a lot more for double the price. The 'cat' delivery robot is fun and really easy to retrieve your food from. You place your order on the app you have to download and your initial server will talk you through the process. It's very easy, you order what you want, when you want, we found once one dish arrived we'd place our order for the next one so you weren't sitting around waiting for too long. Each meal comes in a small ceramic dish, it doesn't look much at first but once you add your rice, chips, noodles etc it really is enough. We'll definitely be going back, I'd like to try the evening menu.

NOT A BUFFET RESTAURANT.Should no longer be called one either. Don't get me wrong Lovely food and the app is relatively simple to use. But it's just no not same as going up and choosing what you want. The gimmick of using a robot to deliver the food is cool and all, but I prefer to choose my food and that exactly why we have used this restaurant before. Looks like we will be looking for a new place to eat.

Yesterday I visited this restaurant and loved it.On arrival we were met by David who showed us to our table and explained how the ‘All You Can Eat’ now works and showed us how to order through their app.I wasn’t too sure what to think about ordering to the table instead of going up to see what I want, but it worked so much better. You can order what you want off the menu and these are served in little bowls so you can still try a number of dishes throughout your visit. Spoiler….it’s all delicious.Although staff were there to oversee the cleaning of tables and to check everything tastes as good as it should, they have a robot serving you your food - she’s absolutely amazing too. Loved this and can’t wait to take the kids back to see her.

Service was really good, and the place was very clean. Robot delivering orders was a bit of fun. Food was sub par, more onions than any other ingredient in the mains. The things that were supposed to be hot were cold, and the cold things were hot. Salt and pepper chips literally had some salt and fine black pepper on. The sauce was just piled on top of whatever meat was chosen, and every sauce tastes mostly the same. Actually the meat did too. I left full to be honest because you have to be constantly ordering!

Strange at first but real nice food and nice setting.** Must have their app to order food, can pay also on their. The food was cooked nicely, tasty and warm, order what you want on the app, despite being small dishes be aware as there is a £3 charge for wasted good. Just order what you can eat and order sensibly. Will be going back again.
