Great food and AMAZING staff and dog friendly too!! All were smitten by our little Cavalier King Charles, Daisy!! Needless to say, she stole the show! With our son moving in to the area, I do not doubt we'll be like Arnie... We'll be back!! P.S. Daisy says thanks for the Gravy Bones 💕💕

Visited the Elephant as I have on many occasions, and it seems as though its Russian roulette as to the quality of chef working the particular day you visit, on this occasion I had my favourite meal Beef Wellington however it was more dog meat Wellington it was not a fillet of beef it was shredded beef it was awful, presented on a carrot puree completely ruined my ideal meal, the wife chose ribs which were cooked via a flame thrower, desert was pleasant this is the only reason for 2 stars as opposed to 1.

Good food and atmosphere, good value for money and good choice on menu. Would definitely recommend eating here.

Excellent pub with excellent service and dog friendly. Really nice Sunday roast. Fun atmosphere Extremely busy but really helpful staff. Brought me a bowl of water for my puppy right away and grilled chicken and my roast very quickly. Really impressed!

Nice place for casual dining. Reasonably priced, would advise booking especially at weekends. Good experienced friendly staff. Food nicely presented and excellent coffee. The menu caters for lite bites to meals. Sticky toffee pudding 🍮 was gorgeous 😍

We'd booked a table to get a Sunday roast. So glad we did, people were being turned away because they were full booked. We both ordered the beef. It was delicious. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Can't fault anything. Will definitely be going again.

Unfortunately we haven't had a good experience here. My husband and I decide to order a pizza. However, we were not able to eat as the dough had too much salt. I'm still giving 4 star because the service was really good, and the way the manager held the situation was amazing. However, not sure if I would go back for the food. For a drink of course 😊

Had a fantastic fish and chips. Really well prepared and one of the best I have tried. The peas were without a doubt the best ones I have tasted. Highly recommended if you are in Woolton area. The place is really nice inside. I will suggest making a reservation. We had great service and food.
