This is a great space, featuring art installations, films on main and limited distribution and a performance space. Also has great cafe and bar ! Right in the centre of Liverpool . Many art installations are free and you can join the Fact and get discounted cinema tickets and drinks

We went to see Top Gun, which we really enjoyed but the staff made our experience even more enjoyable. They were so very polite and very helpful.

I have recently worked with FACT to hold our annual music conference. We had a great experience working with them and they were so attentive at every stage. On the day Lewis and his team were vey helpful and everyting ran smoothly. We used The Box as our main conference space and had great feedback on this room. I look forward to working with FACT again in future!

Great place but far too expensive. Nearly £8 for two glasses of coke!!!! Then two packets of sweets normally £150 in asda and a bottle of water was another £8. Adding to the tickets it turned out to be a expensive night.

I recently hired The Box at FACT for my parents 50th birthday. I created a personal film with old videos and birthday messages for them to watch. We invited our family and friends and surprised them.I can honestly say Lewis and the team at FACT are the most helpful, friendly and accommodating people I’ve met. I enquired at most cinemas in Liverpool and I’ve never experienced service like I have at FACT. I had a specific vision in mind for the surprise and Lewis and the team went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect.I would highly recommend The Box for occasions to rewatch your old wedding videos, VCR tapes, or to show people how loved they are with some birthday messages. My parents both agreed it was the best night of their life - it was so sentimental and the perfect venue for it. Very quirky and unique with double sofas and a bar serving food and drink. If you want to get the family together, friends, or your wedding guests to reminisce - this is the perfect place and team to make it happen!!!Thanks again to FACT for a memory we’ll always cherish!

A really nice cinema with four screens. It is fully licensed so you can take any drinks into the theatre. It tends to be mainly adults here as well except for school holidays. An easy recommendation.

Freezing cold. My nose felt like ice to touch and that was despite sitting with my jacket on and my boyfriend's jacket draped over me. This is not the first time that has happened at FACT, with the same excuse as last time, "problem with the heating". If you knew, you could have told us first as it wasn't enjoyable to sit in a cold room for the duration of the film. Also the sofas in the box room are craaaazily uncomfortable. They are literally box-shaped sofas. The next day now, and my back is aching from it.Also they seem to change their listings on a whim. I would've turned up to see Flee at 7:45 last night had we not double checked the listing before going out. They also changed a previous showing of Flee, too.Poor! Sorry, but it is.Can we have a refund please?

Though the place looks quite nice, and the audio and projection were perfectly fine, I had two issues. First, the seats were a bit uncomfortable, and second, and most importantly, the room was way too cold. The film I watched was three hours long, and with ads I was in the screen for almost 3 and a half hours, and I could not believe how cold it was, even though I was wearing a jumper. I woke up with a bit of a cold, and, though it was cold outside when I left the theatre, I believe that the long time spent at the cinema contributed to me getting ill. I won't be coming back again.
