Great place for live music and 'The Krishnas' were an amazing young local band 😎

·

This is a real must for vinyl record buffs.or just for a beer with good music.

Met there before going to watch nephews band . Pity we had to leave . Staff lovely and Guinness top notch

Stopped off here for one after a meal in the city. Music was good, quite busy but we managed to get a seat by the window. Drinks were very reasonably priced which was great.Good for one drink but it weren't my sort of vibe so wouldn't come here again.

Nice place. God forbid you leave your wallet or card there. I called them 4 times (leaving 2 messages). I visited again in person, only to be told that a supervisor would call me back …Still waiting, like a skeleton on a park bench, for a call back …

Great gaff with some boss staff and not too expensive either, better through the week when cocktails are 2 for 12 quid

First visit here. Really enjoyed it. You literally feel like your walking around a record store, but can pick ones up you like and then take them back to your very own turntable in your booth. Great place to have a few drinks and have a personally created ambiance.

Finally got to visit the birthplace of it all.. enjoyed a quiet drink and a pleasant chat with young barman. Record booths upstairs were interesting and reminiscent of times gone bye. Nostalgia and history adorn the walls. Enjoyed our visit. Oh and even had a place to rest my weary head in the loo :-)

Brilliant local bar that real feels homely enough to be comfortable and social enough to be ok with talking to strangers. The little club venue you at the bottom was super good to find small new bands that definitely have a bright future. Cheers all round 👍

Lovely place. Packed, even on a Sunday night.First floor is for those who like loud music (they played lots of classic rock and pop and stuff like that), but upstairs you can listen records they’ve got displayed (not the ones that say “do not open”) costs £10 and you get the money back if the record player and the vinyls are unharmed 🤩Just had to visit twice in a week, such a great joint. I mean beer AND vinyl records??? Who would say no to that? Thanks to bartender Dan, for letting us smoke at the fire exit. Peace.
