Would have been 5 stars only there was kids running round which wouldn’t normally be a problem as I have children if my own but at 9pm at night wasn’t really what I expected

The steak was very fatty. And chicken wings a bit greasy. Usually have a nice meal. But not this time. They ask did you enjoy the meal. You say no. All they say is I will let them no. That's it. Plus you can sit there waiting to be served. They just walk pass you.

Very busy when I visited. Not a table or seat to be found which I guess is a good thing! It was a Saturday afternoon. A very good selection of the usual drinks on tap but also a very good range of local and guest ales on draught. Can't complain about the prices - 2 pints about £4.30 which is very cheap where I come from!! Good atmosphere and service. Friendly and efficient staff. Enjoyed our time here. Didn't eat but saw plenty of food being brought out from the kitchen. A few screens for sports and no music which can be seen as a positive for some.
