Uncle's Chicken Shack in Liverpool

ordered half pounder and cheese, from here by just eat. firstly was half late at least. burger was raw, smelt raw, tasted raw and meat could see a pink tinge to it. and burger was cold the bag it came it has large patches of wet/damp areas (this was more than just vapour from cooked food, this was different).

Great staff, food was amazing, plenty of choices, range of meal deals good pricing structure. Will definitely go there again

Ordered food of just eat at 9 said to wait till 10:45 it got pushed back to 11:45 then 12:45 it’s closes at 11 and when trying to call no answer this was before 11. Ended up cancelling it when said 12:45. No words from the place just took the money for 3 meals and ghosted.

Terrible I ordered our dinner at 5.30pm did not receive it till 10.15pm, four and a half hours for chicken was told for over 2 hours it was next to leave shop will not be going back

The chicken pieces were a bit dry, but the skin was lovely and crispy. The spicy chicken wings were amazing, the spice and the crispy skin 😋 😍

Absolutely shocking place. Waited 2.5 hours for my delivery. I called numerous times and was told 'your order will be there in 10 mins' and yet an hour later, still not here. The shop refused to give me a refund as 'we have put extra food with your order' BUT WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR ORDER.

I ordered my tea well b4 9 o'clock service a message at 5 to 10 to c where my order was said it would b here by 5 to 12 !!!! I have just got a message at 12.15 to say sorry order is cancelled!!!! Really now everywhere else has closed what a joke!!! I am absolutely fuming

I used to love this place and not just because its close to home. I wouldn't recommend the Donna Meat but the chicken wings, chicken burgers and pizzas (surprisingly) were really good. The price was also amazing. Unfortunately that is the 3rd time in a row they have got my order wrong. I wouldn't mind if they were busy but they had no orders waiting and nobody else in the shop. I said no salad 3 times on the burger yet I get home and its caked in it. All mixed in with sauce. Chicken wings were stone cold again and the chicken on the burger was kind of hard and strange looking. Thankfully I didn't go hungry as they managed not to mess up the garlic bread with cheese pizza. I won't be going again now tho which is a shame, I haven't got the time to watch them prepare every part of my meal to make sure they get it right.

This take away place is a comedy of errors. I just realised that this is the second time I've ordered from here, and this is the second time the delivery has been delayed. It has been 2 hours since I first ordered, so I live in hope. Never again ...Update: The food arrived 2h15mins after I ordered. To be fair the grub was decent and the chips were crispy, so I gave them an extra star

Ordered some shack's chicken and shack's spicy wings.Both are really good, but the spicy wings have amazing seasoning to it.The prices are really good for what you get too!Store guy was also very pleasant.Would recommend to anyone!
