Villa Romana in Liverpool

Excellent food and service. Girlie's night out we booked in advance. Found it to be a very popular restaurant. Certainly worth a visit ❤️

Lovely meal, staff very friendly and accommodating. Stop going to this restaurant a while ago because waiter was very rude on two occasions. Did see him at restaurant but he did not serve us thankfully. Waiter, waitresses who served us were fantastic, really enjoyed food surroundings atmosphere. I think tthe waiter was called Alexandre, would go again just to see him, so warm and funny, I just hope the waiter who was very rude to me and my partner has changed his ways as its a lovely place but my partner did not want to eat here because of him, so glad we came

This place is always fantastic whenever we are here, cosy atmosphere, service is continuously great and the food is always very delicious. Dessert especially which are brought round on a cart are exceptional.

Food was mouth watering spectacular.. every mouthful enjoyed. Staff attentive and friendly. Beautiful decor inside and clean.

One of my favourite food places in the whole city. I have been 4 times so far and can't wait for my next visit. The chicken breast with olive oil and garlic sauce and potatoes is delicious! The whole atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect for any occasion. Don't get me started on how beautiful the dessert trolley is too !!

A delightful family Italian restaurant that does a great job of making you feel like you’re really in Italy!Lovely food and the staff were lovely… although a little over the top and seemed confused as to who was serving who. But this didn’t ruin the visit for us.The pastas were delicious and tasted very fresh! Would also recommend the garlic bread.

Excellent Italian Restaurant right in the centre of town. Did make a reservation. Had a fantastic meal. Staff very polite and attentive. The food was excellent. The drinks were good. Surroundings were really nice. Every care was taken to keep tables sanitised after use and all staff wore masks. The service was very good. Sufficient time was given to peruse the menu. We didn't feel at all rushed. Starters we were brought to the table about 15-20 mins after ordering. Then enough time was left between each course to relax. The portions were good. My only 1 disappointment was that vegatables are not served as part of the Main course, however there are complimentary sautee potatoes. Some greens would have been good. All in all I would highly recommend this restaurant. But do make a reservation to avoid disappointment.

I was in Liverpool for my birthday this weekend and went to Villa Romana for my birthday dinner. I'm well travelled and genuinely, I've never had Italian food this nice ever! The entire experience of dining here was an absolute joy. The interior is warm and inviting with a busy open kitchen and attentive wait staff who couldn't do enough. I ordered tomato soup, simple and beautifully seasoned, then Spaghetti Carbonara which was so tasty. My Dad ordered the Lasagne and it was so big, he couldn't eat the side we had ordered of Salt and rosemary potatoes!The desserts trolley is such a lovely touch which adds to the whole experience. Let's face it, it's hard to say no to dessert when you can see what you'd be missing! Thank you Villa Romana for making my birthday one to remember!

Beautiful restaurant, lovely atmosphere. Staff very friendly and professional - always happy to help. Unbelievable amount of choice on menu. Food perfect!
