Gave Wahaca another shot. This time in Shoreditch for lunch. Service was friendly and speedy. Quite enjoyed the Chicken salad - could of done with a touch more chicken though. Still miss the sauces they used to provide on the table - which really enhanced flavours.

SUPER helpful with allergens. Unfortunately the only gluten free, pescatarian thing I could get that wasn’t fried in a shared fryer wasn’t my favorite so we didn’t go back. I got a mushroom enchilada dish but the sauce was more akin to a pasta sauce than an enchilada sauce in my opinion. The guacamole and horchata were great. My less gluten sensitive partner enjoyed his tacos but also noticed the pasta like sauce on his. It’s worth a shot if you’re looking for gluten free, dairy free, veg options.

The restaurant has a nice vibe and the food was delicious. We had the best time ever thanks to Antonio, the sweetest waiter I have ever met.He has an amazing way of approaching customers, he made us feel very welcomed and took amazing care of us. 😊

Wahaca is normally a five star experience, we had quite long wait and not an amazing food experience in this one! Definitely do not recommend vegan chicken tacos as they do not taste good but you can stick to classics like classic margarita, pork pibil or chicken avocado which do not disappoint! Moreover, there is 30% nhs discount and our waiter Lucy was great.

The service was really good and I really like that they have a separate gluten free menu. The food was good, but I really would wish to have some more spices in it. I had three different kind. And to be honest it wasn’t that big of a taste different between them. Still tasty though.

What I love about wahaca is the chilli seeds they have! It’s a nice place to go to with friends and this branch was good. Friendly staff and good food. It didn’t wow me the food and it’s not particularly outstanding. I’m not the biggest fan of coriander and most of their dishes have that in there. But that’s a preference so I wouldn’t down grade them for that reAson. It’s a nice branch then some I’ve been too.

I had an amazing time at Wahaca. I was served by Yasmin. I had the Grilled Chicken & Advocado tacos, Black bean & 3 cheeses quesadillas and Chargrilled steak and cheese tacos. All three were great. I had a long day in London and there service I received really put a smile on my face. I was given a free taster of the Wahacamole with chips. A really nice spin on a classic. I spoke with Sam who worked there and told him how much I enjoyed this. He came back with a full size bowl for me with chips for free. Not only that the staff allowed me to charge my phone which was almost out of juice from a busy day. If you are looking for great Mexican food and service with a smile in London come to Wahaca! :)

Visited with my 8 year old for dinner around 6pm on a Saturday night. Not too busy and the service was pleasant enough. First time at wahaca and what we didnt realise was that food appears to be sent out when it's ready (a bit like wagamamas). Not an issue in itself, but it did mean my daughter had almost finished her dinner before ours arrived. Otherwise the food was reasonably priced and tasty, would've just preferred all food to arrive at the same time

Wahaca Shoreditch is a fantastic branch of this popular Mexican chain. As always, the Mexican food was tasty, it arrived really quickly, and the lively vibe was perfect on a Friday night. It is a tapas star restaurant, but don't worry if you're not sure how much to order because the knowledgeable staff will be happy to walk you through the menu. It's very close to old Street station and I love the decor. It housed in an old, converted fire station building and much of the features have been preserved. It's quite large to with an outdoor or dining area for the summer and a basement floor with its own bar.The star the show here is the staff. Friendly, and enthusiastic, I was well looked after from the moment I arrived until I left. Shout out to Yasmin who had great energy and made sure that I had everything I needed. It may be a chain, but every branches is different, and I can highly recommend this one.
