Two breakfasts, superbly cooked and presented, efficiently and politely served. Text book.

Great service and we were able to get a table outside (luckily the weather wasn't too bad a few weeks back when we visited).Friendly service, decent pricing and I loved the art on display inside.

Lovely sausage sandwich and bacon sandwich on some great fresh seeded bread. With a good mug of tea. Staff friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone. Great place.

Absolutely lovely food and great service. Coffee was lovely too. Highly recommend the Mega breakfast and it was very reasonably priced. Will be going back again soon.

Ordered 2 sandwiches a bacon and a sausage. When they arrived we found they were on bread and not the usual toast, far from being displeased we were actually impressed. The food is lovely and tasty, on thick bread and well cooked and they didn’t stay on the plate for long! The coffee was good quality and strong and fresh and the cafe is very clean, finally the staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the dock..

Popped in with my folks for a quick cuppa on a day trip to Liverpool. Have to say it's refreshing to be able to buy a mug of tea or coffee, rather than by the pot or from a big chain company. Hot chocolate, whipped cream and a flake?! Yummy, very nice hot chocolate, perfect for a wee break from the November winds. You can get marshmallows too, but I'm a fussy so and so, so declined them. Very kindly got an extra flake to make up for it, super thoughtful gesture that was very much appreciated. If you're in the area, pop into Gallery Cafe, the service, artwork and drinks/snacks are far nicer than the chain coffee houses nearby.

Clean and decently presented cafe. Some food was a bit pricey but hearty portions. Customer service was great greeted on arrival both visits and while there was one mistake with an order it got sorted quickly enough.

Stopped for a brew whilst having a wander around Albert Dock. Nice enough coffee and cake although the waitress was a bit dour. The surroundings are quite nice in a "rustic" kind of way.The wrong coffee was brought over but no problem with it being replaced which is what matters. Reasonably priced.

Great English breakfast (and mega breakfast) generous mugs of tea and filter coffee. Friendly quick service despite it being busy. Cupcakes, scones and sponges also looked good!

Sausage barm came to £5.95! It did not say on menu that it was double the price of the sausage sandwich! And the staff member did not advise me when I pointed to what I wanted on the menu but asked for it on a barm instead. When I mentioned this to the staff member I was paying, she wasn't interested. The menu says £3.35 for a sausage sandwich, does not say it is almost double the price for a barm (I understand if it's about 50p extra but to charge £5.95?!). At least get the staff to verbally advise you when ordering if you are not mentioning it on the menu! I'm disgusted and disappointed.
