Pictures on social media look amazing. Hence why we booked. Was in and out within 15 minutes left food on the table, was not impressed. Chicken looked brown/grey. And was still charged the full bill.

We went here after a recommendation from a friend, boy was he in trouble! My food was completely cold not an ounce of warmth to it, my family complained theres was only just warm too but with an imminent ferry to catch sending it back wasn't an option . I had the honey butter waffles with one measley piece of bacon what a let down! The place looks great and the staff were nice enough but the main thing being the food lets it down. Theres a lift for prams and wheelchairs

Popped in for a late lunch with the kids. The restaurant itself is quite unique, staff are nice although the food fell short of our expectations even with the huge portion sizes, it surprisingly didin't click. The kids menu is very limited and while we tried the kids eat (only) free scheme, we weren't offered their dessert for some reason and didn't want to ask so just carried on elsewhere for it.

Been on our list for a while and we finally got the chance to go but if honest were a little underwhelmed by the food. The restaurant itself is very unique and quirky which we loved. Staff were friendly and there was a good selection draft beers. Where it was letdown was the food, it was nice but overall too salty and it wasn't until the end we could place what wasn't quite right. It was only ok but not amazing as we'd been hoping. They also did NHS discount which was a nice bonus. Overall great restaurant but the food just didn't hit the mark for us. But we wouldn't hesitate to nip in for a pint or two due to the selection on draft and enjoy the surroundings

Went for a brunch and wasn’t disappointed. The food was really tasty and there were both sweet and savory options - I preferred the savory and recommend getting the buttermilk Buffalo sauce for your chicken!

Chicken was hit and miss. I ordered the wings and chicken legs. The wings were okay, they had a bit of flavour and were juicy. It seems most chicken places don't focus on seasoning the meat and the flour and just use the sauce to flavour the chicken. I always order my fried chicken with the sauce on the side because the chicken should be able to stand on its own, like good BBQ. The restaurant could do with some West Indian hot sauce as I find buffalo hot sauce has too much of a vinegar taste. The chicken legs were cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough so they had a strong taste of flour so much so that I couldn't eat the skin, which is critical to good fried chicken. I really don't understand why restaurants struggle with fried chicken. The place had a good base and the chicken could have been good if they cooked it right.

Food was great, tasty, and hot. A little dark in the Boothe's. There was an issue with our bill and the team didn't seem to understand or get what I was trying to say. They were polite and listened though, maybe just a little more training

Quirky little chicken coop down stairs, Got seated in a booth, ordered our food through the online order on our phone. The chicken was amazingly tasty, drinks extremely refreshing, service was sweeeet 👍 That's all I can say. I will definitely be returning at some point😊

Good food and decent service. Was quite busy when we went and it felt the staff were struggling a bit, still everything was done with a smile.

Only stopped in for a late afternoon bite to eat before catching a train, so only opted for a few small items from the menu. However, these were all relatively good in portion size, and were both tasty and filling - all being freshly cooked too and full of flavour! Definitely satisfied our hunger before our trip, so have nothing bad to say! 👍🏻Although, I can comment on the Yard & Coop brand as a whole as we have previously visited the Manchester restaurant for an evening meal - where the food, drink and service were all incredible! 💯
