Yates's in Liverpool

Awful place to drink ordered our cocktails payed for them soon as they was done was told they had no straws and they didn't even mix them. It's alright used our finger to mix them! Give this place a miss if you want a decent drink

Been for lunch on wednesday with the family and the food and service was outstanding ! Nothing was too much for Kerri who helped us out and told us where to go with the kids, shes a great asset tonyour company.

Came in for breakfast, food was tasty and quick, staff were all run off their feet but were lovely

Great city centre boozer, good selection of drinks and plenty of TV's to watch sports. Reasonable prices and very friendly service 👍

Had my first trip to Liverpool. I visited Yates we were served by a lovely girl called Kerry, the food was excellent! Kerry was so friendly and kind, enjoyed every minute of our visit, and will definitely be returning

Been going over 6 or 7 times a year now for the past few years now love the place staff are very friendly food is lovley . bar woman called Kerry is very friendly and is a credit too her establishment

In fairness we ordered food, the kitchen was closed and despite the fact we ordered through the app it was refunded in cash with an apology. Gotta give credit where its due. Ownership and brand protection in action.5 stars deserved.

It's your garden variety pub with half the stuff on the menu not available. On a Friday night at 7.30PM we were told they did not have pizza, pasta and one other item. We placed our order from what was available and about 30-40 minutes later were told mash was not available as well. The food came after 45 mins-not something one expects in a pub. The food was decent though. Can't see myself going there again, except for the location, if i were meeting friends; same as this time.

Our first visit was just to grab a bite to eat before heading home. We were not disappointed. Pleasant helpful staff, good, tasty food and a reasonable choice of drinks. As with many pubs, the menus and tables were a little sticky. A nice place to wait for a bus home.
