Had a nice meal here with my sister today, only one meal was burnt the beef was cremated, but apart from that was great, and the chicken dish was gorgeous. I will deffo return,

Very disappointed they have deleted the separate vegan menu when ordering online which makes it difficult to find these plates, they are not even marked and you need to guess the ingredients. In store it’s fine, but whenever I order online there’s always something wrong with the order (not the delivery’s fault as it’s usually within 10min).The items are cold, some sauces are missing, others have been added (there was some Mayo in the chips which I hope it’s vegan, it wasn’t advertised), other items missing, the share platter had at least 4 pieces of sushi missing!

I am 31 years old. I have been to many places in my life. This is the first time I have encountered such disrespectful staff. I will never forget this for the rest of my life. I went to pick up an order and encountered a lot of racism. I'm asking this company, is this your company policy towards middle eastern people? Are you instructing your staff to treat middle easterners like animals? If you have some respect for people you will not go here again. Do not waste your money and time by helping these people.

We missed the old experience of picking things off the moving belt, and used the mobile app to order food. Bottomless Miso soup was great, although it's a bit tedious having to keep asking for refills. The tuna sashimi was a bit bland. Favourite dish was probably the popcorn shrimp, and I love a seaweed salad. Teriyaki chicken was nice, but you really need to have that with something bland like rice Never a cheap meal here though. For more of a restaurant experience, I'd recommend somewhere like Etsu.

Not the most hygienic of places, I know contamination happens but the same person who was dealing with the salmon and had splashed salmon juice on the counter then proceeded to do strawberries in the same place for desserts. It wasn't until the strawberries had been all picked and cut etc that the surface was then cleaned by a different member of staff. We ordered, 2 large Pumpkin Katsu Curry's, 1 large Chicken Katsu curry and plain fries. The 2 Pumpkin Katsus were made first but were given to the people next to us who then took it off the server so they both had their thumb in our food. They then gave it back to the server... Another thumb in our food who then gave it to us. Which was quite unpleasant. We had ordered from our table with QR code so they should have know where we sat.We had finished the Pumpkin Katsu before the Chicken Katsu had arrived, even though we were told the Chicken Katsu would be on the way soon after being passed the Pumpkin Katsu.Food was hot and lots of choice which has earnt the 2 stars but wouldn't go back to this branch.

I've been here 4 times in the past few months with my toddler. He loves all the food, he thinks its fun how the food comes and all the staff talk to him and are so friendly and let him draw waiting for the food. The food is so amazing especially for the price for fresh food like this. And the staff are amazing, I've never been to a place as friendly as this. There's one man who works there and I don't know if he's a manager but he sure acts like one. He just is so happy and is just so friendly making sure all the customers are happy.

Took my son out for a birthday meal as we both love Yo!. This wasn't the best experience we've had with them as we didn't get all the dishes we ordered and service began and ended with being seated. Food was delicious, though, and we did get a refund for the dishes that didn't arrive.

Yo! Sushi, in Liverpool One, is always an enjoyable experience. For one, I'm vegetarian and they always have a varied selection of interesting stuff for me to choose from; and two, you get your food pretty quick. At my latest visit, I had one of the best items ever. The 'Nourish Bowl', it was packed with interesting veggies (Edame Beans, Sweetcorn, Seaweed, Avocado, Broccoli and Coleslaw) on a bed of Spinach and Sushi Rice. It was fresh, tasty and filling. But, it is only available until 31st January so hurry or you might miss out.Highly recommended... and there are also meat and fish varieties as part of the 'Bowl' options.

Loved eating here, my partner wasn't sure about Yo sushi but this trip definitely changed his mind. I love how many good veggie options there are too ♥️

Great service, food was exceptional, we did have to remind them of a couple of orders missed but to be fair we had so much food, as we all enjoyed it so much, that it was hard to keep up! Once we'd spoken to them, they quickly cooked our missing dishes with an apology. And then we ordered more! Would recommend to book, would definitely go back.
