Zains in Liverpool

Waited an hour and a half and was delivered the wrong order , the restaurants excuse was that somebody should have rang to tell me that they had given me a different meal because they did not have what I had ordered but I was not notified of this. There was no offer of a refund and I was not offered a replacement for a meal that I actually wanted. I also had Just Eat contact the resturant for a refund and they refused again. Won’t be ordering from here again and advise anyone looking to order to choose somewhere else.

Found 2 large hairs and 4 smaller hairs in chips. Staff were friendly and service was quick but the hygiene is very poor there.

Reluctant one star. The quality of the food here is hit and miss had two bad experiences one when I bought chicken, it had been reheated to the point of cremation and a Donna kebab inedible.

Only reason I’m giving a 1 is because I can’t give it zero took about 2 n half hours to come kept getting told it had left when I’d ring the shop n when it did come it was cold n not nice at all

Friendly staff , ordered pizza - full of flavour and the wings were soo juicy

there was no cheese in the bites.. and the delivery driver sent a child at the door who was unexperienced.

The food is very nice and very good, the pizza is so delicious

I'm been generous rating this 1 star ordered my food through just eat and they waited 30 mins to call me to tell me that they couldn't do my order because they hadn't had a delivery. By the time they informed me it was too late to order anywhere else. This was the first and last time I will be ordering from here! Now I have to go through the hassle of getting a refund from just eat and can't order from anywhere else

The worst quality food I've ever had! As someone else has written, very slow delivery and I too had a mucked up order. Overcooked food, no taste, and so much colouring in it. Never again!
